Claims (11)
- 베이스필름;상기 베이스필름 상면에 형성된 방열부;상기 방열부에 접촉되어 형성된 드라이브 IC;상기 베이스필름 배면의 일단에 형성되어 상기 드라이브 IC에 연결되는 입력패드; 및상기 베이스필름 배면 타단에 형성되어 상기 드라이브 IC에 연결되는 출력패드;를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 캐리어 패키지.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 방열부는 그물구조의 형상을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 캐리어 패키지.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 방열부는 열전도성이 우수한 물질로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 캐리어 패키지.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 방열부에 연결된 방열패드를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 캐리어 패키지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 드라이브 IC와 상기 방열부를 연결하는 연결부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 캐리어 패키지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 드라이브 IC는 상기 방열부 상에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 캐리어 패키지.
- 액정패널과 인쇄회로기판을 연결하는 테이프 캐리어 패키지를 구비한 액정표시장치에 있어서,상기 테이프 캐리어 패키지는,베이스필름;상기 베이스필름 상에 형성된 드라이브 IC;상기 베이스 필름 상에 형성되며, 상기 드라이브 IC와 연결되어 상기 드라이브 IC에서 발생된 열을 방출하는 방열부;상기 베이스필름 배면 일단에 형성되어 상기 드라이브 IC와 인쇄회로기판에 연결된 입력패드; 및상기 베이스필름 배면 타단에 형성되어 상기 드라이브 IC와 인쇄회로기판에 연결된 출력패드;를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 방열부는 그물구조의 형상을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 방열부는 열전도성이 우수한 물질로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 일단은 상기 방열부에 연결되며 타단은 상기 인쇄회로기판의 접지 단자와 연결된 방열패드를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 드라이브 IC와 상기 방열부를 연결하는 연결부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
