Claims (47)
- 하기 식에 기재된, 20 gsm 기초 중량에 대해 표준화된 폭 1인치 당 MD 피크 인장력 (FMD)을 갖고a. 신장률이 20 내지 675%인 경우 FMD ≥ [-0.00143×신장률(%)+0.823]b. 신장률이 675% 이상인 경우 FMD ≥ 0.1 lb,프로필렌으로부터 유래된 단위 약 50 중량% 이상 및 프로필렌 이외의 공단량체로부터 유래된 단위 약 5 중량% 이상을 갖는 1종 이상의 공중합체를 포함하는 멜트블로운 패브릭(meltblown fabric).
- 제1항에 있어서, 1종 이상의 공중합체가 약 14.6 및 약 15.7 ppm에서 위치-에러(regio-error)에 상응하는, 거의 동일한 세기의 13C NMR 피크를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 멜트블로운 패브릭.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공단량체가 3 내지 20 중량%의 에틸렌을 포함하는 것인 멜트블로운 패브릭.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공단량체가 9 내지 20 중량%의 에틸렌을 포함하는 것인 멜트블로운 패브릭.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공중합체의 MFR이 25 내지 5000인 멜트블로운 패브릭.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공중합체가 화학적으로 유도된 쇄 절단 처리되고, 50 내지 5000의 MFR을 갖는 것인 멜트블로운 패브릭.
- 제6항에 있어서, 쇄 절단이 압출 전에 조성물을 자유 라디칼 개시제와 조합하여 야기되는 것인 멜트블로운 패브릭.
- 제7항에 있어서, 자유 라디칼 개시제가 퍼옥시드 유형인 멜트블로운 패브릭.
- 제7항에 있어서, 유동 개질제(rheology modifier)가 비-퍼옥시드 유형인 멜트블로운 패브릭.
- 제9항에 있어서, 비-퍼옥시드 유형 유동 개질제가 히드록실 아민 에스테르인 멜트블로운 패브릭.
- 제6항에 있어서, 쇄 절단이 조성물을 1종 이상의 퍼옥시드 유형 및 1종의 비-퍼옥시드 유형의 자유 라디칼 개시제와 조합하여 야기되는 것인 멜트블로운 패브릭.
- 제1항에 있어서, 평균 섬유 직경이 10 마이크로미터 미만인 멜트블로운 패브릭.
- 제1항에 있어서, 순간 변형률(immediate set)이 50% 1 사이클 시험으로 측정시 약 50% 이하인 멜트블로운 패브릭.
- 제1항에 있어서, 보유 하중이 75% 1 사이클 시험으로 측정시 약 0% 이상인 멜트블로운 패브릭.
- 제1항에 있어서, 보유 하중이 75% 1 사이클 시험으로 측정시 약 15% 이상인 멜트블로운 패브릭.
- 제1항에 있어서, 약 10 중량% 미만의 hPP 및/또는 RCP를 포함하는 멜트블로운 패브릭.
- 제1항에 있어서, 약 8 중량% 미만의 hPP 및/또는 RCP를 포함하는 멜트블로운 패브릭.
- 제1항에 있어서, 약 6 중량% 미만의 hPP 및/또는 RCP를 포함하는 멜트블로 운 패브릭.
- 제1항에 있어서, 약 4 중량% 미만의 hPP 및/또는 RCP를 포함하는 멜트블로운 패브릭.
- 제1항 내지 제19항 중 어느 한 항의 멜트블로운 부직층 및 1개 이상의 스펀본드 부직층을 포함하는 부직 라미네이트(nonwoven laminate).
- 제20항에 있어서, 스펀본드층이, 폴리에틸렌 기재 재료가 섬유 표면의 일부분 이상을 차지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유를 포함하는 것인 부직 라미네이트.
- 제20항에 있어서, 스펀본드층이 이성분 섬유를 포함하는 것인 부직 라미네이트.
- 제22항에 있어서, 이성분 섬유가 쉬쓰-코어(sheath-core) 배열로 존재하는 것인 부직 라미네이트.
- 제23항에 있어서, 스펀본드층이 모노필라멘트 섬유를 포함하는 것인 부직 라미네이트.
- 제24항에 있어서, 스펀본드층이 폴리에틸렌 이외의 폴리올레핀을 포함하는 것인 부직 라미네이트.
- 2개 이상의 부직층을 포함하고, ASTM D 5732-95에 따른 전체 굴곡 모듈러스가 0.005 Nmm 이하이고, 부직층간 박리 강도가 2 N/5 cm 초과이며, 상기 1개 이상의 부직층이 프로필렌으로부터 유래된 단위 약 50 중량% 이상을 갖는 1종 이상의 중합체를 포함하는 섬유를 포함하는 것인 부직 라미네이트 구조물.
- 제26항에 있어서, 25 gsm의 기초 중량에 대해 표준화된 약 200 mm H2O 초과의 히드로헤드(hydrohead) 거동을 갖는 것을 추가 특징으로 하는 부직 라미네이트 구조물.
- 제26항에 있어서, 2개 이상의 부직층이 1개 이상의 멜트블로운층 및 1개 이상의 스펀본드층을 포함하는 것인 부직 라미네이트 구조물.
- 제28항에 있어서, 1개 이상의 추가 멜트블로운 또는 스펀본드층을 더 포함하는 부직 라미네이트 구조물.
- 제26항에 있어서, 1개 이상의 부직층이 1개 이상의 하기 특성:a. 50% 미만의 결정도;b. 50 kpsi 미만의 굴곡 모듈러스;c. 약 140℃ 미만의 융점; 및/또는 80 J/g 미만의 용융열을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로필렌 기재 중합체를 포함하는 멜트블로운 섬유를 포함하는 멜트블로운 부직층인 부직 라미네이트 구조물.
- 제30항에 있어서, 멜트블로운 섬유가 프로필렌과 알파-올레핀, 바람직하게는 에틸렌의 공중합체를 포함하는 것을 추가 특징으로 하는 부직 라미네이트 구조물.
- 제31항에 있어서, 알파-올레핀이 에틸렌인 멜트블로운 부직층.
- 제30항에 있어서, 프로필렌 기재 중합체가 약 14.6 및 약 15.7 ppm에서 위치-에러에 상응하는, 거의 동일한 세기의 13C NMR 피크를 갖는 것을 추가 특징으로 하는 부직 라미네이트 구조물.

- 1개 이상의 멜트블로운 부직층 및 1개 이상의 스펀본드층을 포함하며, 상기 1개 이상의 멜트블로운층은 프로필렌으로부터 유래된 단위 약 50 중량% 이상을 갖는 중합체를 포함하는 섬유를 포함하고, 상기 1개 이상의 스펀본드층은 폴리에틸렌 기재 재료가 섬유 표면의 일부분 이상을 차지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유를 포함하는 것인 부직 라미네이트.
- 제46항에 있어서, 1개 이상의 멜트블로운층이 프로필렌으로부터 유래된 단위 약 50 중량% 이상 및 프로필렌 이외의 단량체로부터 유래된 단위 약 5 중량% 이 상을 갖는 중합체를 포함하는 섬유를 포함하는 것인 부직 라미네이트.
