Description
Claims (9)
- 음극과 유기 재료로 이루어지는 발광층을 포함하는 복수개의 층과, 금속 박막을 포함하는 양극을 이 순서대로 구비하고, 상기 발광층에서 발생한 광에 대해서 상기 음극은 반사성, 상기 양극은 반투과성인 적층 구조, 및상기 발광층에서 발생한 광을 상기 음극과 상기 양극 사이에서 공진시키는 공진기 구조를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 발광 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 복수개의 층 중 상기 양극에 접하는 층은, 금속 산화물로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 발광 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 양극은, 알칼리 금속 또는 알칼리 토류 금속과, 은(Ag)을 포함하는 합금으로 이루어지는 금속 박막으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 발광 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 양극은, 마그네슘(Mg)과 은(Ag)을 포함하는 합금으로 이루어지는 금속 박막으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 발광 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 금속 박막의 광 흡수율(α(%))은, 수식 1을 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 발광 소자.(수식 1)α(%)=100-(R+T)(식중에서,α는 상기 금속 박막의 400 nm 이상 800 nm 이하의 파장역에서의 광 흡수율(%), R는 상기 금속 박막의 상기 복수개의 층 측으로의 반사율(%), T는 상기 금속 박막의 투과율(%)을 각각 나타낸다.)
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 금속 박막의 광 흡수율(α(%))은, 400 nm 이상 800 nm이하의 파장역에서 40% 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 발광 소자.
- 복수개의 유기 발광 소자를 구비한 표시 장치로서,상기 유기 발광 소자는,음극과 유기 재료로 이루어지는 발광층을 포함하는 복수개의 층과, 금속 박 막을 포함하는 양극을 이 순서대로 구비하고, 상기 발광층에서 발생한 광에 대해서 상기 음극은 반사성, 상기 양극은 반투과성인 적층 구조, 및상기 발광층에서 발생한 광을 상기 음극과 상기 양극 사이에서 공진시키는 공진기 구조를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
