Claims (6)
- 누전 보호 기능을 수행하는 다상 회로용의 누전 차단기로서, 케이스 및 커버로 이루어진 본체 하우징에 주회로 접점, 스위칭 기구, 영상(零相) 변류기, 누전 검출 회로, 트립 코일 및 주회로로부터 누전 검출 회로에 전력을 공급하는 전원 회로에 접속된 메거 테스트용 스위치를 내장하고, 누전 차단기의 메거 테스트시에 상기 메거 테스트용 스위치를 OFF 조작하여 누전 검출 회로를 주회로로부터 단선(disconnect)되도록 한 다상 회로용 누전 차단기로서,상기 누전 검출 회로, 상기 트립 코일 및 상기 메거 테스트용 스위치의 각각을 유닛으로 구성하고, 각 유닛을 본체 하우징 내의 일측에 집약 배치하고, 상기 배치 위치에서 메거 테스트용 스위치의 조작단을 본체 하우징의 커버에서 개구된 스위치 조작 홀과 대면하도록 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 누전 차단기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,누전 검출 회로 유닛은 영상 변류기의 측방 및 상기 영상 변류기를 관통하는 U-자형 1차 도체와 본체 하우징의 측벽에 둘러싸인 스페이스에 배치되고, 메거 테스트용 스위치 유닛 및 트립 코일 유닛을 상기 누전 검출 회로 유닛 상방에 앞뒤로 나열하고, 본체 하우징의 커버 내면 하부에 집약 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 누전 차단기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,메거 테스트용 스위치 유닛은, 수평 방향으로 놓인 스위치 본체와, 조작 버튼과, 상기 조작 버튼, 상기 스위치 본체 및 차단기의 트립 크로스바를 연계하는 액추에이터 부재와, 이들 부재들을 탑재한 유닛 케이스를 구비하는 조립체이고, 상기 조작 버튼의 OFF 조작에 의해 액추에이터 부재를 통해 스위치 본체의 접점을 개방시킴과 동시에, 트립 크로스바를 해제 위치로 구동하여 차단기를 기계적으로 강제 트립시키도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 누전 차단기.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,조작 버튼이 푸시/턴(push and turn) 타입의 푸시 버튼이고, 액추에이터 부재가 복귀 스프링과 조합하여 조작 버튼과 직교하는 방향으로 배치된 슬라이더이고, 상기 조작 버튼과 액추에이터 부재 사이에는, 조작 버튼을 누른 때에 슬라이더를 OFF 위치로 맞물리게 하여 유지하는 잠금 메커니즘을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 누전 차단기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 누전 차단기는 3상 4선식 회로용의 4극 사양에 대응하며, 영상 변류기를 관통하는 중성 선의 1차 도체가 영상 변류기에 관하여 각 유닛과 반대 위치로 인출되어 본체 하우징 내부에 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 다상 회로용 누전 차단기.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 중성 선의 1차 도체는 영상 변류기를 관통하는 막대형 도체와, 상기 막대형 도체의 양단에 나사 체결되어 영상 변류기의 양측으로 인출된 평판 도체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다상 회로용 누전 차단기.
