Abstract
Description
Claims (7)
- 동일 평면 내에 도체에 의해 형성된 다이폴 안테나와 급전부와 인덕턴스부를 포함하는 태그용 안테나로서,상기 급전부는, 상기 다이폴 안테나의 중심에 칩을 탑재 가능하게 형성되고,상기 인덕턴스부는, 상기 급전부에 대하여 상기 다이폴 안테나의 쌍극과 병렬로 접속되고,상기 다이폴 안테나는, 상기 쌍극을 각각 적어도 4개소의 내측으로 구부러지는 굴곡부에서 양측으로부터 굽어 들어가서 각형(角形)의 소용돌이 형상으로 형성되고, 각각 4개소의 상기 굴곡부를 직선으로 늘렸을 때의 전장(全長)이 안테나 공진 파장의 1/2 보다도 짧은 것을 특징으로 하는 태그용 안테나.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 인덕턴스부는, 상기 다이폴 안테나의 중심 근방에 형성되고, 해당 다이폴 안테나의 상기 각형의 소용돌이 형상으로 형성된 쌍극의 중간에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 태그용 안테나.
- 제1항에 있어서,태그의 리더 라이터 동작 주파수 953MHz에서의 임피던스가 안테나 최적값에 가까워지도록 안테나 전장 및 인덕턴스부가 조정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 태 그용 안테나.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 도체는, Cu, Ag, 또는 Al인 것을 특징으로 하는 태그용 안테나.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 급전부에 LSI(large-scale integration) 칩이 접속·탑재된 것을 특징으로 하는 태그용 안테나.
- 제5항의 태그용 안테나를 해당 태그용 안테나의 양면으로부터 수지 또는 종이 사이에 끼운 것을 특징으로 하는 태그.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 수지는, 테레프탈산 에틸렌·필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 태그.
