Claims (6)
- 직류-직류 컨버터에 있어서,변압기에 의해 구분되는 일차측 회로부와 이차측 회로부를 포함하며,상기 일차측 회로부는 풀-브릿지 능동 클램프 회로부로서 입력 콘덴서(Cd)와, 2개의 주스위치(S1, S2), 2개의 부스위치(S3, S4) 및 클램프 콘덴서(Cc)를 구비하여 이루어지고,상기 이차측 회로부는 출력전압을 정류하기 위한 출력 정류 회로부인 것을 특징으로 하는 풀-브릿지 능동 클램프 직류-직류 컨버터.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 클램프 콘덴서(Cc)에 인가되는 전압(Vc)은 입력전압의 최대값 보다 낮은 것을 특징으로 하는 풀-브릿지 능동 클램프 직류-직류 컨버터.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 클램프 콘덴서(Cc)는 상기 스위치(S1)(S4)의 드레인(drain)에 각각 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 풀-브릿지 능동 클램프 직류-직류 컨버터.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 출력 정류 회로부는 상기 변압기의 이차측의 일단에 공통으로 연결되는 두개의 다이오드(D1, D2)와 상기 변압기의 이차측의 타단에 공통으로 연결되는 직렬공진 콘덴서(C1, C2)를 포함하여 이루어지는 전파출력 직렬공진회로인 것을 특징으로 하는 풀-브릿지 능동 클램프 직류-직류 컨버터.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 출력 정류 회로부는 상기 변압기의 이차측에 2개의 다이오드와 2개의 인덕터가 연결되는 다이오드 정류 전류-더블러 회로인 것을 특징으로 하는 풀-브릿지 능동 클램프 직류-직류 컨버터.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 2개의 인덕터는 중간 탭이 있는 변압기인 것을 특징으로 하는 풀-브릿지 능동 클램프 직류-직류 컨버터.
