Claims (9)
- 하기의 단계들을 포함하는, 탄화수소 공급물의 알킬화에 적합한 촉매의 제조 방법:a) 고체 산 입자를 결합제와 배합하여 촉매 전구체를 형성함;b) 400-575 ℃ 범위의 촉매 온도에서 촉매 전구체를 하소함;c) 하소된 촉매 전구체를, NH4 + 이온을 추가로 포함하는 VIII족 귀금속 화합물 용액으로 함침함; 및d) 400 내지 500 ℃ 범위의 촉매 온도에서, 단계 c)에서 수득한 함침된 촉매 전구체를 하소함.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 단계 a)에 적용된 온도가 450-550 ℃ 범위인 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 단계 a)의 온도가 460-500 ℃ 범위인 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계 d)의 온도가 450-500 ℃ 범위인 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 고체 산이 모데나이트, 제올 라이트 베타, X-제올라이트, 및 Y-제올라이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 제올라이트인 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 결합제가 알루미나인 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항의 방법에 의해 수득 가능한 촉매.
- 탄화수소의 알킬화에 있어 제 7 항의 촉매의 용도.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 탄화수소가 포화 탄화수소인 용도.
