Claims (4)
- 강자성 재료로 형성된 재봉기 헤드부 프레임의 외측에 배치되어 실을 끼움지지하는 한 쌍의 실 장력조절 디스크와, 일측의 실 장력조절 디스크를 타측의 실 장력조절 디스크에 대해 접근 및 이격시키도록 일측의 실 장력조절 디스크에 접촉하여 이동할 수 있는 디스크 누르개와, 일측의 실 장력조절 디스크가 타측의 실 장력조절 디스크에 대해 접근하도록 상기 디스크 누르개를 구동시키는 구동기구와, 상기 재봉기 헤드부 프레임 내에 설치되어, 상기 구동기구를 구동시키는 구동원을 구비하며,상기 구동원은, 영구자석이 설치된 가동자와, 상기 영구자석의 주위에 상기 영구자석에 대해 소정의 간격을 두고 감겨진 코일이 설치된 고정자를 갖는 재봉기의 실 장력조절장치로서,상기 재봉기 헤드부 프레임을 상기 코일의 코일 요크로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 재봉기의 실 장력조절장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 코일이 감겨지는 코일 보빈에 상기 가동자의 베어링을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 재봉기의 실 장력조절장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 코일 보빈과 상기 베어링을 일체로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 재봉기의 실 장력조절장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 코일 보빈에는 끼움 결합 구멍이 형성되며, 상기 베어링은 상기 끼움 결합 구멍에 코일 보빈의 내측으로부터 끼움 결합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 재봉기의 실 장력조절장치.
