Claims (7)
- 다수의 화소가 정의되는 기판;상기 기판 상에 위치하는 투명한 제1 전극층;상기 제1 전극층의 상부에 형성되는 유기층;상기 유기층의 상부에 형성되는 투명한 제2 전극층을 포함하는 앙면발광형 유기 발광표시장치에 있어서,상기 기판의 저면 또는 그 반대면 중 어느 일면에 광제어막이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 양면발광형 유기 발광표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 기판과 상기 제1 전극층 사이에 위치하고, 상기 제1 전극층과 전기적으로 연결된 박막트랜지스터를 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양면발광형 유기 발광표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 전극층은 애노드인 경우, ITO 또는 IZO로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 양면발광형 유기 발광표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제2 전극층은 캐소드인 경우, Mg, Ca, Al, Ba 또는 이들의 합금을 사용한 금속박막 상에 ITO막을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양면발광형 유기 발광표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 광제어막은 편광판인 것을 특징으로 하는 양면발광형 유기 발광표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 광제어막은 컬러필터인 것을 특징으로 하는 양면발광형 유기 발광표시장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 광제어막은 컬러필터의 화소 사이사이에 블랙 매트릭스를 형성한 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 양면발광형 유기 발광표시장치.
