Claims (11)
- 리튬염;고유전율 용매와 저비점 용매를 함유하는 유기용매; 및하기 화학식 1의 화합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전해액:<화학식 1>상기 식에서,X는 산소 또는 황 원자이고,n 및 m 은 각각 독립적으로 1 내지 3의 정수이며,R1, R2, R3 및 R4는 각각 독립적으로 수소원자, 할로겐원자, 히드록시기, 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알킬기, 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알콕시기, 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알케닐기, 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 6 내지 30의 아릴기, 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 6 내지 30의 아릴옥시기, 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 2 내지 30의 헤테로아릴기, 혹은 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 2 내지 30의 헤테로아릴옥시기를 나타낸다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 1의 화합물의 함량이 상기 유기 용매의 중량을 기준으로 0.1 내지 5중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전해액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 1의 화합물의 함량이 상기 유기 용매의 중량을 기준으로 1 내지 3중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전해액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 리튬염의 농도가 0.5 내지 2.0M인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전해액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고유전율 용매가 에틸렌 카보네이트, 프로필렌 카보네이트, 부틸렌 카보네이트 및 감마 부티로락톤으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전해액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 저비점 용매가 디메틸 카보네이트, 에틸메틸 카보네이트, 디에틸 카보네이트, 디프로필 카보네이트, 디메톡시에탄, 디에톡시에탄 및 지방산 에스테르 유도체로 구성된 군으로 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전해액.
- 캐소드;애노드; 및제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 유기 전해액을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 전지.
