Claims (4)
- 자동차용 배기시스템에 있어서,배기 매니폴드 및 머플러 사이의 배기 파이프 상에서, 일측은 배출되는 배기가스가 바이패스 가능하도록 그 배기 파이프에서 분기되는 동시에, 타측은 배기가스가 외부로 바로 배출 가능하도록 머플러의 외부연결 파이프와 연결되는 바이패스 파이프와;배기가스의 배압에 의해 상기 바이패스 파이프의 유로가 선택적으로 개폐될 수 있도록 장착된 압력조절 밸브수단을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 배기시스템의 소음방지 구조.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 압력조절 밸브수단은 상기 배기 매니폴드의 일측에 분기되어 있는 내열파이프와;분기된 상기 내열파이프로 유동하는 배기가스의 배기 압력을 동력원으로 하여 작동하는 액튜에이터수단과;상기 액튜에이터수단의 작동에 의해 상기 바이패스 파이프의 유로를 개방하는 가변 댐퍼부와;상기 액튜에이터수단 및 가변 댐퍼부를 서로 연결하는 연결로드를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 배기시스템의 소음방지 구조.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 액튜에이터수단은 밀폐형 하우징과;상기 내열파이프를 통해 유동하는 배기가스의 압력이 그대로 전달될 수 있도록 하는 밀폐형 하우징 내의 피스톤판과;상기 피스톤판과 연결로드가 구비된 방향의 하우징벽 사이에 장착되어 상기 피스톤판이 원상태로 탄성 복원될 수 있도록 하는 탄성체로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 배기시스템의 소음방지 구조.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 밀폐형 하우징은 배기 파이프에 고정된 연결브라켓을 통해 연결 고정된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 배기시스템의 소음방지 구조.
