Claims (4)
- 수성 스타이렌-아크릴 수지 15∼50 중량%, 수성 자기가교형 아크릴 코폴리머 10∼40 중량%, 탈이온수 5∼30 중량%, 소포제 0.1∼1.0 중량%, 표면 평활제 0.2∼2.0 중량%, 조용제 5∼30 중량%, 증점제 0.5∼10 중량% 및 중화제 0.1∼5 중량%를 함유하는 플라스틱 일회 도장용 저온소부형 도료 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 수성도료용 알루미늄 페이스트 3∼10 중량%를 더 함유함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 1) 수성 스타이렌-아크릴 수지 15∼50 중량%, 수성 자기가교형 아크릴 코폴리머 10∼40 중량% 및 탈이온수 5∼30 중량%를 혼합하여 교반시키는 단계;2) 첨가제로서 소포제 0.1∼1.0 중량%, 표면 평활제 0.2∼2.0 중량% 및 조용제 5∼30 중량%를 가하여 혼합 용액을 제조하는 단계;3) 수성도료용 알루미늄 페이스트 3∼10 중량% 및 조용제 3∼10 중량%를 별도 용기에 평량하여 충분히 섞은 다음 상기 2)에서 제조한 혼합 용액에 천천히 투입시키는 단계; 및4) 증점제 0.5∼10 중량% 및 중화제 0.1∼5 중량%를 가하여 pH를 7.5-8.5로 조절하고 점도를 20∼35 초(Din Cup #4)로 조절하는 단계;를 포함하는 플라스틱 일회 도장용 저온소부형 도료 조성물의 제조방법.
- 1) 수성 스타이렌-아크릴 수지 15∼50 중량%, 수성 자기가교형 아크릴 코폴리머 10∼40 중량% 및 탈이온수 5∼30 중량%를 혼합하여 교반시키는 단계;2) 첨가제로서 소포제 0.1∼1.0 중량%, 표면 평활제 0.2∼2.0 중량% 및 조용제 5∼30 중량%를 가하여 혼합 용액을 제조하는 단계;3) 안료 10∼40 중량%, 분산제 3∼35 중량% 및 탈이온수 25∼87 중량%로 이루어진 농축액을 상기 2)에서 제조한 혼합 용액에 천천히 투입시키는 단계; 및4) 증점제 0.5∼10 중량% 및 중화제 0.1∼5 중량%를 가하여 pH를 7.5-8.5로 조절하고 점도를 20∼35 초(Din Cup #4)로 조절하는 단계;를 포함하는 플라스틱 일회 도장용 저온소부형 도료 조성물의 제조방법.
