Claims (13)
- 강화 섬유사가 보조 섬유재를 이용하여 시트상으로 보형되어 이루어지는 보강용 부직 기포로서, 상기 보조 섬유재가 융점 차이가 있는 2개 이상의 폴리머로 구성되어 있는 복합 섬유를 이용한 멀티필라멘트사로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 보강용 부직 기포.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,복합 섬유가, 쉬스부가 코어부보다 저융점인 폴리머로 구성되어 있는 코어-쉬스 구조로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 보강용 부직 기포.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,융점 차이가 있는 2개 이상의 폴리머가 모두 올레핀계 폴리머로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 보강용 부직 기포.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,융점 차이가 있는 2개 이상의 폴리머에서, 고융점 폴리머가 폴리프로필렌 폴리머이고, 저융점 폴리머가 폴리에틸렌 또는 저융점 폴리프로필렌 폴리머로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 보강용 부직 기포.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,코어-쉬스 구조로 이루어지는 복합 섬유에서의 상기 코어-쉬스 구조가, 폴리프로필렌(코어부)/폴리에틸렌(쉬스부) 또는 폴리프로필렌(코어부)/저융점 폴리프로필렌(쉬스부)인 것을 특징으로 하는 보강용 부직 기포.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,강화 섬유사를 경사 사조군(絲條群)으로 하고 보조 섬유재를 위사 사상군(絲狀群)으로 하여, 2층 이상 적층하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 보강용 부직 기포.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,일정 간격을 갖는 경사 사상군을 상하 2층으로 하고 위사 사상군을 그 상하 사이에 위치시키는 3층 구성이며, 상층 사상군의 사 사이에 하층 사상군의 사가 위치하도록 하층을 1/2 피치 어긋나게 적층하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보강용 부직 기포.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,보조 섬유재가 융점 차이가 있는 2개 이상의 폴리머로 구성되어 있는 복합 섬유를 이용한 멀티필라멘트사를 적어도 위사로서 이용한 메쉬 구조로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 보강용 부직 기포.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,시트상 보형이 열융착으로 실시되고 있는 보강용 부직 기포.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,강화 섬유사가 개섬사인 것을 특징으로 하는 보강용 부직 기포.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,강화 섬유사가 복수개 1방향으로 배열되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 보강용 부직 기포.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,강화 섬유사가, 강화 섬유사를 세로 방향으로 배열한 경사 시트와 강화 섬유사를 가로 방향으로 배열한 위사 시트로 이루어지는 2축 강화 섬유사 시트를 형성하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 보강용 부직 기포.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,강화 섬유사가, 시트의 긴 방향을 0°로 하여, 0° 방향으로 강화 섬유사를 배열한 사 시트, +α° 및 -α°(0<α<90) 방향으로 강화 섬유사를 배열한 사 시트, 및 0° 방향 및/또는 90° 방향으로 강화 섬유사를 배열한 사 시트로 이루어지는 다축 강화 섬유사 시트를 형성하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 보강용 부직 기포.
