Description
Claims (12)
- 기준전류원에서 생성되는 기준전류를 참조하여 생성되는 전류로서 세그먼트 라인을 구동하는 평판표시장치용 드라이버에 있어서,상기 기준전류에 대한 기준전류값에 따라 활성화할 기준전류 구동블럭을 선택하는 구동블럭 선택부;상기 기준전류값을 상기 세그먼트 라인을 구동하는 부분에 전달하기 위한 다수의 기준전류 구동블럭;을 포함하는 평판표시장치용 드라이버.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 기준전류값 만큼의 출력전류를 발생시켜, 담당하는 세그먼트 라인으로 출력하는 다수의 채널;을 포함하는 평판표시장치용 드라이버.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 기준전류값 만큼의 출력전류를 발생시켜, 세그먼트 라인들 중 하나를 선택하여 출력하는 채널을 포함하는 평판표시장치용 드라이버.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 구동블럭 선택부는,상기 기준전류값으로 변환되기 이전의 픽셀데이타의 디지탈값을 입력받아 소정의 논리로직으로 하나의 구동블럭 선택부를 선택하는 평판표시장치용 드라이버.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 기준전류 구동블럭은 상기 기준전류를 미러링하여 미러링전류를 발생시키는 제1 전류미러수단을 포함하는 평판표시장치용 드라이버.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,상기 기준전류 구동블럭은 상기 기준전류를 미러링하여 미러링전류를 발생시키는 제1 전류미러수단을 포함하며,상기 채널은 상기 미러링전류를 미러링하여 출력전류를 발생시키는 제2 전류미러수단을 포함하는 평판표시장치용 드라이버.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제1 전류미러수단은 저전압용 소자로 구현되는 평판표시장치용 드라이버.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 제2 전류미러수단은 고전압용 소자로 구현되는 평판표시장치용 드라이버.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제1 전류미러 수단은,상기 기준전류가 드레인에 유입되고 드레인과 게이트가 연결되어 있으며 소스가 접지된 제1 엔모스트랜지스터; 및상기 제1 엔모스트랜지스터의 게이트에 게이트가 연결되고 소스가 접지되어 드레인을 통해 미러링전류를 발생시키기 위한 제2 엔모스트랜지스터를 포함하는 평판표시장치용 드라이버.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 제2 전류미러 수단은,고전압의 전원전압에 소스가 연결되고 게이트가 드레인에 연결되어 상기 미러링전류를 입력받는 제1 피모스트랜지스터; 및상기 고전압의 전원전압에 소스가 연결되고 게이트가 상기 제1 피모스트랜지스터이 게이트에 연결되며 드레인을 통해 출력전류를 발생시키기 위한 제2 피모스트랜지스터를 포함하는 평판표시장치용 드라이버.
- 제2항 또는 3항에 있어서,상기 기준전류 구동블럭은 기준기판영역에 구현되며, 상기 채널은 채널기판영역에 구현되는 평판표시장치용 드라이버.
- 제2항에 있어서,픽셀 표시 위치를 담당하는 채널을 활성화하기 위한 채널 스위치를 더 포함하는 평판표시장치용 드라이버.
