Claims (13)
- 식물 원료로부터 유용 물질을 추출하는 방법으로서,미리 준비된 복수의 다른 용매로부터 하나 이상의 용매를 선택 절환하여 공급하는 공정과,상기 용매를 고압 상태로 하여 공급하는 공정과,상기 고압 상태의 용매를 실온 이상의 소정 온도로 가열하는 공정과,상기 가압 가열된 용매를 상기 식물 원료에 접촉시켜 분해처리하여 유용 물질을 추출하는 공정과,상기 추출된 유용 물질을 냉각시키는 공정과,냉각된 상기 유용 물질을 일정한 압력 이상으로 유지하는 공정으로 이루어지는 유용 물질의 추출 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 추출하는 공정의 추출 시간은, 5 ∼ 240분인 것을 특징으로 하는 유용 물질의 추출 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 고압 상태로 하여 공급하는 공정은, 상기 용매를 용매의 증기압 이상의 압력으로 하여 공급하는 공정인 것을 특징으로 하는 유용 물질의 추출 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 소정 온도로 가열하는 공정은, 복수의 온도 설정이 이루어져 단계적으로 또는 연속적으로 온도를 절환하는 것이 가능한 공정인 것을 특징으로 하는 유용 물질의 추출 방법.
- 제 1 내지 제4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 용매는, 물인 것을 특징으로 하는 유용 물질의 추출 방법.
- 제 1 내지 제4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 용매는, 에탄올인 것을 특징로 하는 유용 물질의 추출 방법.
- 제 1 내지 제4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 냉각 공정에서 냉각된 상기 유용 물질을 일정한 압력 이상으로 유지하는 공정은, 처리 온도에서의 용매의 증기압 이상으로 유지하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 유용 물질의 추출 방법.
- 제 1 내지 제4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,추출되는 상기 유용 물질은, 생리 활성 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 유용 물질의 추출 방법.
- 제 1 내지 제4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,추출되는 상기 유용 물질은, 천연 색소인 것을 특징으로 하는 유용 물질의 추출 방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 용매의 증기압 이상의 압력은, 2 ∼ 10㎫의 압력인 것을 특징으로 하는 유용 물질의 추출 방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 생리 활성 물질은, 카테킨류인 것을 특징으로 하는 유용 물질의 추출 방법.
- 제 11항에 있어서,상기 카테킨류의 추출을 위한 가열 온도는, 실온 ∼ 80℃ 및 80℃ ∼ 140℃의 온도인 것을 특징으로 하는 유용 물질의 추출 방법.
- 식물 원료로부터 유용 물질을 추출하는 장치로서,복수의 용매를 개별적으로 수납하는 용매 수납 장치와,상기 용매 수납 장치의 상기 용매를 하나 이상 선택하여 공급하기 위한 절환 장치와,상기 절환 장치를 통해 공급되는 상기 용매를 고압 상태로 하여 공급하는 고압 펌프와,상기 고압 펌프에 의해 공급된 상기 용매를 소정 온도로 가열하는 가열 장치와,상기 가열 장치에 의해 가열되어 공급되는 용매를 상기 식물 원료에 접촉시켜 유용 물질을 추출하는 추출 장치 본체와,추출된 상기 유용 물질을 냉각시키기 위한 냉각 장치와,상기 용매를 고압 상태로 하여 공급하는 공정 이후, 냉각 종료시까지의 동안을 처리 온도에서의 용매의 증기압 이상의 압력으로 유지하는 보압 장치로 이루어지는 유용 물질의 추출 장치.
