Claims (11)
- 스프링의 작용에 의해 시트에 접촉함으로써 폐쇄 위치에 고정되는, 분사된 연료의 압력에 의해 제어 가능한 노즐 니들이 배치된 하우징을 구비한 연료 분사 노즐에 있어서,2개의 상이한 축방향 위치 중 하나로의 전환을 위해 압축 유체에 의해 작동 가능하거나 또는 압력 경감 가능한 제어 피스톤(17)이 제공되며, 상기 제어 피스톤은 1열 또는 다수 열의 분사구(12, 14)들의 해제를 위한 노즐 니들(4)의 개방 행정을 제한하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 노즐.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 노즐 니들(4)의 반대편에 놓인 상기 제어 피스톤의 단부면(23)이 1열의 분사구(12)들의 해제를 위한 노즐 니들의 개방 행정을 제한하는 부분 부하 위치에서는 압력을 받으며, 중첩되어 배치된 모든 열의 분사구(12, 14)들을 해제하는 전부하 위치에서는 압력 경감되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 노즐.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 부분 부하 위치에서 상기 노즐 니들(4)을 향한 상기 제어 피스톤(17)의 단부면(16)은 하우징에 고정된 스토퍼(18)에 접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 노즐.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 전부하 위치에서 상기 노즐 니들(4) 반대편에 놓인 상기 제어 피스톤(17)의 단부면(23)은 하우징에 고정된 스토퍼(24)에 접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 노즐.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제어 피스톤(17)의 상부에는 압축 유체가 제공될 수 있는 압력 챔버(22)가 제공되고, 상기 압력 챔버는 전부하 위치에서 엔진 출력에 의존해서 제어되는 폐쇄 부재(26, 27)에 의해 압력 경감될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 노즐.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제어 피스톤(17)은 상기 압축 유체용 측면 링형 챔버(19)로부터 압력 챔버(22)로 연장되는 관(21)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 노즐.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 폐쇄 부재(26, 27)가 엔진 출력에 의존해서 제어되는 부분 부하 범위에서 폐쇄구(26)를 폐쇄 위치에 고정하는 조절 로드(27)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 노즐.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 압축 유체로서 연료가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 노즐.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 압축 유체로서 윤활유가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 노즐.
- 제9항에 있어서, 윤활유 공급관(30) 내에 압력을 증가시키는 펌프(31)가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 노즐.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 노즐 니들(4)의 상기 시트(9) 하류에 제1 열의 분사구(12)들로 연장된 수용 챔버(11)가 배치되고, 상기 노즐 니들(4)은 상기 수용 챔버(11)를 관통하는 제어 핀(10)을 구비하며, 상기 제어 핀은 휴지 및 부분 부하 위치에서는 밀봉식으로 나머지 분사구(14)용 다른 수용 챔버(13)내로 돌출하고, 전부하 위치에서는 상기 다른 수용 챔버(13)에 대한 유입을 해제하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 노즐.
