- 제 1 항에 있어서,화학식 I의 아데노신 A2a 수용체 작용제가 6-[(2,2-다이페닐에틸)아미노]-9-{(2R,3R,4S,5S)-5-[(에틸아미노)카본일]-3,4-다이하이드록시테트라하이드로-2-퓨란일}-N-{2-[({[1-(2-피리딘일)-4-피페리딘일]아미노}카본일)아미노]에틸}-9H-퓨린-2-카복스아마이드 또는 그의 약학적으로 허용가능한 염 또는 용매화물인 조합물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,아드레날린 β2 수용체 작용제가 살메테롤 또는 그의 약학적으로 허용가능한 염 또는 용매화물인 조합물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,아드레날린 β2 수용체 작용제가 포모테롤 또는 그의 약학적으로 허용가능한 염 또는 용매화물인 조합물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,약제로서 사용하기 위한 조합물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,폐색성 기도 질환 또는 다른 염증성 질환의 치료시 동시에, 연속적으로 또는 별도로 투여하기 위한 조합물.
- 제 1 항에 정의된 바와 같은 화학식 I의 아데노신 A2a 수용체 작용제, 아드레날린 β2 수용체 작용제 및 약학적으로 허용가능한 부형제, 희석제 또는 담체를 포함하는, 폐색성 기도 질환 또는 다른 염증성 질환의 치료시 흡입 경로에 의해 투여하기 위한 약학 조성물.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,화학식 I의 아데노신 A2a 수용체 작용제 및 아드레날린 β2 수용체 작용제가 제 2 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 정의된 바와 같은 약학 조성물.
- 폐색성 기도 질환 또는 다른 염증성 질환의 치료시 흡입 경로에 의해 제 1 항에 정의된 바와 같은 화학식 I의 아데노신 A2a 수용체 작용제 및 아드레날린 β2 수용체 작용제를 동시에, 연속적으로 또는 별도로 투여하기 위한 약제를 제조함에 있어서의, 상기 아데노신 A2a 수용체 작용제 또는 아드레날린 β2 수용체 작용제의 용도.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,화학식 I의 아데노신 A2a 수용체 작용제 및 아드레날린 β2 수용체 작용제가 제 2 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 정의된 바와 같은 용도.
- 폐색성 기도 질환 또는 다른 염증성 질환의 치료가 필요한 포유동물에게 흡입 경로에 의해 효과량의 제 1 항에 정의된 바와 같은 화학식 I의 아데노신 A2a 수용체 작용제 및 아드레날린 β2 수용체 작용제를 동시에, 연속적으로 또는 별도로 투여함을 포함하는, 폐색성 기도 질환 또는 다른 염증성 질환의 치료 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,화학식 I의 아데노신 A2a 수용체 작용제 및 아드레날린 β2 수용체 작용제가 제 2 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 정의된 바와 같은 방법.
- 폐색성 기도 질환 또는 다른 염증성 질환의 치료시, 제 1 항에 정의된 바와 같은 화학식 I의 아데노신 A2a 수용체 작용제 및 아드레날린 β2 수용체 작용제를 동시에, 연속적으로 또는 별도로 투여하기 위한 흡입 장치.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,화학식 I의 아데노신 A2a 수용체 작용제 및 아드레날린 β2 수용체 작용제가 제 2 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 정의된 바와 같은 장치.
