Claims (3)
- 단열재와 외장재가 결합된 외장용 단열보드에 있어서,단면이 ‘L’자를 형성하고, 이에 관통된 고정공(11′)이 다수개 형성된 엘형지지편(11), 및 직육면체 형상의 줄눈유지바(13)를 다수개 구비하여,시공벽(1)과 이에 접하는 바닥(1′)을 깨끗이 하는 시공벽 및 바닥 정리 공정(S1); 다수개의 엘형지지편(11)을 시공벽(1)과 바닥(1′)에 접하게 놓고 고정부재(12)를 이용하여 고정하는 엘형지지편 고정 공정(S2); 구비된 단열보드(20)에 접착제(14)를 다수개소에 도포하고, 이를 상기 고정된 엘형지지편(11) 위로 부착하는 단열보드의 접착제 도포 및 부착 공정(S3)으로 바닥(1′)을 따라 형성하는 단열보드(20)의 제 1열을 형성하고; 엘형지지편(11)을 상기 단열보드(20)의 윗면과, 시공 벽(1)에 접하도록 놓아 고정부재(12)로 고정하고, 이에 줄눈유지바(13)를 설치 하는 엘형지지편 고정 및 줄눈유지바 형성 공정(S4); 구비된 단열보드(20) 및 엘형지지편(11)의 상부의 다수개소에 접착제(14)를 도포하고, 이를 상기 고정된 엘형지지편(11) 위로 부착하는 단열보드의 접착제 도포 및 부착 공정(S5)의 공정으로, 나머지 시공벽(1)을 단열보드(20)로 메우며, 각 단열보드(20) 사이의 틈새를 줄눈접착제(15)로 메우는 줄눈 형성 공정(S6)의 외장용 단열보드(20)를 이용한 외장 시공방법으로,외장용 단열보드와 시공벽과의 견고히 고정할 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 단열보드를 이용한 외장 시공 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 엘형지지편(11)과 줄눈유지바(13)는 일체로 형성되어,줄눈의 형성이 용이함을 특징으로 하는 단열보드를 이용한 외장 시공 방법.
- 단열재로 구성된 일반 단열보드에 있어서,단면이 ‘L’자를 형성하고, 이에 관통된 고정공(11′)이 다수개 형성된 엘형지지편(11)을 구비하여,시공벽(1)과 이에 접하는 바닥(1′)을 깨끗이 하는 시공벽 및 바닥 정리 공정(G1); 엘형지지편(11)을 시공벽(1)과 바닥(1′)에 접하게 놓고, 고정부재(12)로 고정하는 엘형지지편 고정 공정(G2); 구비된 단열보드(30)에 접착제(14)를 다수개소에 도포하고, 이를 상기 고정된 엘형지지편(11) 위로 부착하는 단열보드의 접착제 도포 및 부착 공정(G3)으로, 시공벽(1)을 모두 단열보드(30)로 채우고, 표면미장모르타르(16)를 발라 보강메쉬(17)를 부착하며, 다시 표면미장모르타르(16)를 바르는 보강메쉬 및 표면미장층 형성 공정(G4); 마지막으로, 상기 표면미장모르타르(16)에 표면을 보호하고 꾸미는 마감부(18)를 형성하는 마감 공정(G5)의 일반 단열보드(30)를 이용한 외장 시공방법으로,단열보드와 시공벽과의 괴리를 방지함을 특징으로 하는 단열보드를 이용한외장 시공 방법.
