Abstract
본 고안의 LED 직관등의 LED 모듈은 LED 칩(110)과, 하나 이상의 LED 칩(110)으로 구성되는 LED 패키지(120), 및 LED 패키지(120)가 LED 직관등의 길이 방향으로 연속적으로 실장되는 기판(140)을 포함하되, 1개의 LED 칩(110)으로 구성된 하나의 1칩 LED 패키지(121)와 2개의 LED 칩(110)으로 구성된 3개의 2칩 LED 패키지(122)가 직렬로 연결되는 LED 유닛(130)을 구성하고, 다시 복수 개의 LED 유닛(130)을 병렬로 연결하여 LED 모듈(100)을 구성함에 있어서, 하나의 LED 유닛(130)의 1칩 LED 패키지(121)와, 1칩 LED 패키지(121)에 연속하여 배치되는 다른 하나의 LED 유닛(130)의 1칩 LED 패키지(121)는 LED 직관등의 폭 방향으로 배치되는 것을 포함함에 기술적 특징이 있다.

Claims (3)
- LED 직관등에 있어서,
LED 칩(110)과, 하나 이상의 상기 LED 칩(110)으로 구성되는 LED 패키지(120), 및 상기 LED 패키지(120)가 LED 직관등의 길이 방향으로 연속적으로 실장되는 기판(140)을 포함하되,
1개의 LED 칩(110)으로 구성된 하나의 1칩 LED 패키지(121)와 2개의 LED 칩(110)으로 구성된 3개의 2칩 LED 패키지(122)가 직렬로 연결되는 LED 유닛(130)을 구성하고, 다시 복수 개의 상기 LED 유닛(130)을 병렬로 연결하여 LED 모듈(100)을 구성함에 있어서,
복수 개의 상기 LED 유닛(130)을 상기 기판(140)에 연속하여 실장할 때에, 하나의 LED 유닛(130)의 2칩 LED 패키지(122)에 연속하여 배치되는 다른 하나의 LED 유닛(130)의 2칩 LED 패키지(122)는 LED 직관등의 길이 방향으로 실장되며,
하나의 LED 유닛(130)의 1칩 LED 패키지(121)에 연속하여 배치되는 다른 하나의 LED 유닛(130)의 1칩 LED 패키지(121)는 LED 직관등의 폭 방향으로 실장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 직관등의 LED 모듈 구조.
