Description
The present invention relates to an ondol system of a building, and more particularly, to a soundproof block of a building having an effect of reducing noise between floors.
Ondol is a traditional Korean heating system that uses fire to the wide stones underneath the floor and heats them by the heat emitted by the heated stones.The three-dimensional heating that combines heating by conduction, radiant heating and convection heating. That's the way. Ondol heating is a heating system that is attracting worldwide attention as it is known to be beneficial for energy efficiency as well as the health of modern people.
In general, as a heating system of residential buildings, hot water pipes are disposed on a concrete slab and cement mortar is poured thereon, and a heating structure for supplying hot water to a buried hot water pipe is mostly used. However, such a wet method has a long mortar construction time and a difficult repair, and a dry heating system has been introduced to compensate for this disadvantage. Such a dry heating system has a structure in which a grooved pipe panel and an upper heat sink are installed to install a hot water pipe, which requires no cement mortar, and is easy to install, fast, and easy to repair.
Prior art related to the dry type heating system described above is disclosed in Korean Utility Model Publication No. 20-0291203 (September 24, 2002) "Ondol Panel System". The prior art has a floating floor structure provided on the slab having a regular internal space facing the slab, a soundproof dustproof layer provided between the slab and the floating floor structure, an insulating layer provided on the floated floor structure, It is composed of a pair of upper and lower plates installed on the insulating layer and having two fluid connections for supplying and discharging the heating fluid and an internal cavity through which the heating fluid flows. An ondol panel system comprising a plurality of ondol panels providing a flow of heating fluid.
The prior art provides a plate-type ondol panel and a floating floor structure to improve the thermal efficiency of the building floor, and can install utility facilities such as electric wires or wastewater pipes into the inner space provided by the floating floor structure, including a heating system. There is an advantage that the construction and repair of the utility equipment is easy. However, there is a problem that the work is inconvenient because there is no separate coupling configuration between the ondol panels, and in the case where the pipe is concentrated, such as a distributor, the pipe state cannot be neatly processed, and the pipe becomes complicated and messy. In addition, since the impact sound applied from the upper side of the ondol panel is not dispersed, when the force is concentrated at a certain portion during the impact, the ondol panel may be broken or noise may be generated.
The present invention is devised to solve the above problems, an embodiment of the present invention relates to the soundproof block of the building having the effect of reducing the noise between floors.
