Claims (2)
- 길쭉한 타원형 모양의 상판(30) 및 수직으로 이분 절개된 원기둥 형태의 수납부(32)가 일체로 형성되어 있는 본체(10)와, 길쭉한 타원형 모양으로 형성된 하판(22) 및 수직으로 이분 절개된 원기둥 형태의 커버부재(24)가 일체로 형성되며 상기 수납부(32)의 측단부에 힌지 결합되어 있는 덮개(20)로 구성된 용접케이스(100);고정브라켓(41)에 의해 수납부(32)에 고정되며, 저면에는 충전밸브(42)가 형성되고, 상단에는 상판(30)을 관통하여 상면으로 노출되도록 배출부(43)가 형성되며, 상기 배출부(43)에는 산소가 배출되는 배출노즐(44), 상기 배출노즐을 개폐하는 배출밸브(45) 및 산소 잔량을 표시하기 위한 압력게이지(46)가 설치되어 있는 원통형의 산소 저장 용기(400);상기 상판(30)의 일측 내면에 설치된 고정블럭(51);부탄가스 용기(500)가 착탈되도록 상기 고정블럭(51)에 설치되며, 외주면에는 상기 부탄가스 용기(500)에 형성된 상부림 및 착탈홈과 체결되는 절곡부(61)와 록킹돌기(62)가 형성되어 있고, 중앙에는 가스 배출구(63)가 형성되어 있는 착탈 브라켓(60);상기 착탈 브라켓(60)의 중앙에 형성된 가스 배출구(63)와 연결되도록 상기 상판(30)의 상면으로 연장되어 있는 가스 배출관(52);상기 부탄가스 용기(500)로부터 배출되는 부탄가스의 양을 조절하기 위해서 상기 가스 배출관(52)에 설치되는 차단밸브(53);상기 부탄가스 용기(500)의 외주면의 곡률 반경과 동일한 곡률 반경을 가지도록 상기 수납부(32)에 형성되어, 상기 부탄가스 용기(500)가 상기 수납부(32)에 놓여질 때 외측면을 가이드하여 위치 정렬시키는 복수의 정렬부재(54);상기 덮개(20)를 덮었을 경우에 상기 산소 저장 용기(400)의 저면에 형성된 충전밸브(42)와 상응하는 위치에 놓이도록 상기 덮개(20)의 하판(22)에 형성된 산소 충전공(26);상기 가스 배출관(52)과 가스 공급 호스(310)로 연결되고, 상기 산소 저장 용기의 배출노즐(44)과 산소 공급 호스(320)로 연결되는 용접 토치(200);상기 본체(10)의 수납부(32) 외측면에 부착되며, 관통공(81)이 형성되는 동시에 그 상단에는 걸림턱(82)이 형성되어 있는 착용 브라켓(80); 및상기 착용 브라켓(80)의 관통공(81)에 삽입되는 착용 벨트(70);를 포함하고,상기 덮개(20)를 열었을 경우 상기 본체(10)의 하부가 전면 개방되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 산소 용접기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 본체(10)와 덮개(20)는 FRP 또는 HDPE(고밀도 폴리에틸렌)으로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 산소 용접기.
