Claims (4)
- 온수와 냉수가 각각 저장된 온수탱크(50)와 냉수탱크(60), 저장된 물을 가열하는 축열탱크(40)가 구비되어; 상기 온수탱크(50)의 출구와 냉수탱크(60)의 입구를 연결하는 내부온수관(20)과, 상기 축열탱크(40)의 출구와 온수탱크(50)의 입구를 연결하는 내부고온수관(30)이 각각 구성되고, 상기 내부온수관(20)과 내부고온수관(30)이 각각 인입되어 연결된 이중관 형태의 메인관(10)이 구성되며, 이 메인관(10)의 일단이 유입관(2)을 통하여 축열탱크(40)와 연결되고, 이중관 형태의 메인관(10)의 타단이 급수관(1)으로 연결되어, 상기 급수관(1)으로 냉수를 공급하여 이중관 형태의 메인관(10)을 지나면서 냉, 온수의 역방향 순환교류를 통하여, 열의 이동을 효율적으로 활용함을 특징으로 하는 냉수와 온수의 순환교류방식에 따른 급수시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 축열탱크(40)의 내부에 히터(41)가 내장되되, 이 히터(41)는 튜브 내부에 전열선이 스프링의 형태로 내장된 튜브형히터로 물을 가열하고, 상기 냉수탱크(60)로 유입되는 내부온수관(20)에는 냉각기(22)가 설치되어, 냉수탱크(60)로 유입되는 물의 온도를 낮춰줌을 특징으로 하는 냉수와 온수의 순환교류방식에 따른 급수시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 냉수탱크(60)로 유입되는 내부온수관(20)에 펌프(21)가 설치되고, 상기 축열탱크(40)에서 유출되는 내부고온수관(30)에는 솔레노이드밸브(31)가 설치되며, 상기 온수탱크(50)로 유입되는 내부고온수관(30)에 압력조절밸브(32)가 설치되어 물의 흐름을 용이하게 함을 특징으로 하는 냉수와 온수의 순환교류방식에 따른 급수시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,내부 고온수관(30)의 압력 조절밸브(32)와 온수탱크(50) 사이에 개폐변환밸브(33)를 구비한 고온 세척·살균수 공급라인(34)을 구비하여, 그 타단부가 냉수탱크(60)의 상부에 연결되고, 상기 냉수탱크(60) 내부로 인입된 고온 세척·살균수 공급라인(34)의 개방단에는 개방형 산수장치(35)가 더 구비되어, 상기 냉수탱크 내의 살균과 세척이 효과적으로 이루어지도록 함을 특징으로 하는 냉수와 온수의 순환교류방식에 따른 급수시스템.
