Claims (11)
- 멜라민계 알콕시실란과 아크릴계 알콕시실란을 유기 용매 존재하에 산성 조건에서 축합반응시킨 실리카 졸 반응 생성물, 다관능성 아크릴 단량체 및 광개시제를 포함하는 유기-무기 하이브리드 자외선 경화형 하드코팅용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,조성물의 총중량을 기준으로 실리카 졸 반응 생성물 40 내지 80 중량%, 다관능성 아크릴 단량체 10 내지 50 중량%, 및 광개시제 1 내지 10 중량%를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,멜라민계 알콕시실란이 멜라민계 트리메톡시실란이고, 아크릴계 알콕시실란이 아크릴계 트리메톡시실란임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,실리카 졸 반응 생성물이, 멜라민계 트리메톡시실란 2 내지 20 중량%, 아크릴계 트리메톡시실란 15 내지 60 중량% 및 유기용매 20 내지 80 중량%를 산성 조건하에 축합반응시킴으로써 수득된 것임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,유기 용매가 알콜과 메틸에틸케톤의 혼합용매임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,다관능성 아크릴 단량체가 펜타에리트리톨 트리아크릴레이트, 디펜타에리트리톨 헥사아크릴레이트, 카프로락톤 디펜타에리트리톨 헥사아크릴레이트, 디사이클로데칸디메탄올 디아크릴레이트, 트리메틸프로판 트리아크릴레이트, 디메틸올 트리사이클로데칸 디아크릴레이트를 포함하는 그룹으로부터 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서,다관능성 아크릴 단량체가 디펜타에리트리톨 헥사아크릴레이트임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 멜라민계 알콕시실란, 아크릴계 알콕시실란 및 유기 용매를 포함하는 실란 용액을 산성 조건하에 교반하면서 축합반응시켜 실리카 졸 반응 생성물을 얻은 후, 여기에 다관능성 아크릴 단량체 및 광개시제를 첨가하는 것을 포함하는, 제1항에 따른 유기-무기 하이브리드 자외선 경화형 하드코팅용 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 실리카 졸 반응을 10 내지 40℃의 온도에서 수행시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,축합반응 촉매로서 무기 금속산을 추가로 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 기재 필름의 일면 또는 양면 상에 제1항의 유기-무기 하이브리드 자외선 경화형 조성물을 도포하여 형성된 하드코트 필름.
