Claims (4)
- 적어도 H.263 부호화 방식의 헤더 정보와 H.263 부호화 방식으로 부호화된 화상 부호화 데이터가 다중화된 제 1 부호화 비트 스트림, 또는 MPEG-4 부호화 방식의 헤더 정보와 MPEG-4 부호화 방식으로 부호화된 화상 부호화 데이터가 다중화된 제 2 부호화 비트 스트림을 복호하는 화상 복호화 장치에 있어서,상기 제 1 부호화 비트 스트림을 수신한 경우와, 상기 제 2 부호화 비트 스트림을 수신한 경우에서, 인트라 부호화된 DCT 계수의 직류 성분의 복호 해석 방법을 바꾸는 전환 수단을 구비하고,상기 전환 수단은, 상기 제 1 부호화 비트 스트림을 수신한 경우에 미리 정해진 고정 부호 길이로 인트라 DCT 계수의 직류 성분을 복호하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 화상 복호화 장치.
- 적어도 H.263 부호화 방식의 헤더 정보와 H.263 부호화 방식으로 부호화된 화상 부호화 데이터가 다중화된 제 1 부호화 비트 스트림, 또는 MPEG-4 부호화 방식의 헤더 정보와 MPEG-4 부호화 방식으로 부호화된 화상 부호화 데이터가 다중화된 제 2 부호화 비트 스트림을 복호하는 화상 복호화 장치에 있어서,상기 제 1 부호화 비트 스트림을 수신한 경우와, 상기 제 2 부호화 비트 스트림을 수신한 경우에서, DCT 계수의 교류성분의 복호 해석 방법을 바꾸는 전환 수단과, DCT 계수의 교류 성분의 복호에 사용하는 2종류의 가변 길이 부호 테이블을구비하고,상기 전환 수단은, 상기 제 1 부호화 비트 스트림을 수신한 경우에는, DCT 블록이 속하는 매크로 블록의 부호화 타입에 근거하지 않고, 항상 상기 2종류의 가변길이 부호 테이블 중의 한쪽을 사용하여 DCT 계수의 교류성분을 복호하고,상기 제 2 부호화 비트 스트림을 수신한 경우에는 상기 2종류의 가변길이 부호테이블 중, DCT 블록이 속하는 매크로 블록의 부호화 타입에 따라서 선택되는 가변길이 부호 테이블을 사용하여 DCT 계수의 교류성분을 복호하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 화상 복호화 장치.
- 적어도 H.263 부호화 방식의 헤더 정보와 H.263 부호화 방식으로 부호화된 화상 부호화 데이터가 다중화된 제 1 부호화 비트 스트림, 또는 MPEG-4 부호화 방식의 헤더 정보와 MPEG-4 부호화 방식으로 부호화된 화상 부호화 데이터가 다중화된 제 2 부호화 비트 스트림을 복호하는 화상 복호화 장치에 있어서,상기 제 1 부호화 비트 스트림을 수신한 경우와, 상기 제 2 부호화 비트 스트림을 수신한 경우에서, DCT 계수의 이스케이프 코드 해석 방법을 바꾸는 전환 수단을 구비하고,상기 전환수단은 상기 제 1 부호화 비트 스트림을 수신한 경우에, DCT 계수복호의 과정에서 이스케이프 코드를 검출한 경우는 그것에 계속되는 DCT 계수 부호화 데이터를 고정 길이로 복호 해석하고, 상기 제 2 부호화 비트 스트림을 수신한 경우에, DCT 계수 복호의 과정에서 이스케이프 코드를 검출한 경우는 그것에 계속되는 부호를 보정함으로써 DCT 계수 부호화 데이터 복호를 가능하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 화상 복호화 장치.
- 적어도 H.263 부호화 방식의 헤더 정보와 H.263 부호화 방식으로 부호화된 화상 부호화 데이터가 다중화된 제 1 부호화 비트 스트림, 또는 MPEG-4 부호화 방식의 헤더 정보와 MPEG-4 부호화 방식으로 부호화된 화상 부호화 데이터가 다중화된 제 2 부호화 비트 스트림을 복호하는 화상 복호화 장치에 있어서,상기 제 1 부호화 비트 스트림을 수신한 경우와, 상기 제 2 부호화 비트 스트림을 수신한 경우에서, 인트라 DCT 계수의 교류성분의 예측 처리가 있는지의 여부를 나타내는 AC 예측 유무 지시 정보의 복호 해석 방법을 바꾸는 전환 수단과,상기 전환 수단은, 상기 제 1 부호화 비트 스트림을 수신한 경우에는, 매크로 블록 부호화 데이터 복호 해석의 과정에서 AC 예측 유무 지시 정보의 복호 해석을 스킵함과 동시에 AC 예측 없음이라고 판단하고,상기 제 2 부호화 비트 스트림을 수신한 경우에는, AC 예측 유무 지시 정보의 복호 해석을 하고, 그 복호치에 근거하여 AC 예측의 유무를 정하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 화상 복호화 장치.
