3. 투명 액상 방염제의 준비 및 패딩 배-스에 투입- 본 공정은 1500℃의 높은 화점에 내화기능을 가진 규산염계 활성광물의 코팅 형상의 고착 상태위에 본 발명자가 개발하여 제조한 투명 액상 방염액에 한번더 침지 혹은 픽업율 20%~30%로 패딩배스를 통과 시킴으로해서 완벽한 방염기능성 섬유상 물질을 얻는데 그 목적이 있다. 이때 액상 방염제 의 구성과 제조법은 다음과 같다.3.
