Abstract
Description
Claims (6)
- 투명성 절연기판상에 게이트 금속막을 도포하여 형성된 게이트 버스라인 및 게이트 전극과;상기 게이트 버스라인과 게이트 전극이 형성된 기판상에 순차적으로 형성된 게이트 절연막, 엑티브층, 오믹컨택층, 소스/드레인 전극 및 데이터 버스라인과;상기 결과물상에 소자보호를 위해 도포된 보호막과;상기 보호막상에 형성된 보상필름과;상기 보상필름상에 형성된 ITO 화소 전극을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판내부에 보상필름이 형성된 액정표시장치.
- 투명성 절연기판상에 게이트 금속막을 도포하여 게이트 버스라인과 게이트 전극을 형성하는 단계와;상기 게이트 버스라인과 게이트 전극이 형성된 기판상에 순차적으로 게이트 절연막, 엑티브층, 오믹컨택층, 소스/드레인 전극 및 데이터 버스라인을 형성하는 단계와;상기 결과물상에 소자보호를 위한 보호막을 도포하는 단계와;상기 보호막상에 보상필름을 형성하는 단계와;상기 보상필름상에 ITO 화소 전극을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판내부에 보상필름이 형성된 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 투명성 절연기판상에 형성된 블랙매트릭스와;상기 블랙매트릭스상에 각각 순차적으로 레드, 그린, 블루 칼라의 감광막을 도포하고, 노광 및 현상을 수행하여 레드, 그린, 블루로 형성된 칼라필터층과;상기 칼라필터층이 형성된 기판상에 형성된 보상필름과;상기 보상필름이 형성된 기판상에 ITO 금속막을 증착하여 형성된 공통전극을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판내부에 보상필름이 형성된 액정표시장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 칼라필터층이 형성된 기판상에 오버 코트층을 더 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판내부에 보상필름이 형성된 액정표시장치.
- 투명성 절연기판상에 블랙매트릭스를 형성하는 단계와;상기 형성된 블랙매트릭스상에 각각 레드, 그린, 블루 칼라의 감광막을 도포하고, 노광 및 현상을 수행하여 레드, 그린 , 블루 칼라층을 형성하는 단계와;상기 레드, 그린, 블루 칼라층이 형성된 기판상에 보상필름을 형성하는 단계와;상기 보상필름이 형성된 기판상에 ITO 금속막을 증착하여 공통전극을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판내부에 보상필름이 형성된 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 칼라필터층이 형성된 기판상에 오버 코트층을 형성하는 단계가 더 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판내부에 보상필름이 형성된 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
