Abstract

PURPOSE: A method for forming a rubber plate for preventing the slip of a tray is provided to improve the quality of the tray by forming a plurality of rubber plates having various patterns. CONSTITUTION: A method for forming a rubber plate for preventing the slip of a tray(1) comprises the steps of: manufacturing the tray having a plurality of pattern grooves(1'); forming rubber liquid holes(101) at the pattern grooves respectively; inserting the tray into a mold(3); sticking the mold to another mold(3') having a plurality of injection holes(301); jetting rubber liquid through a nozzle(4); introducing the rubber liquid into the pattern grooves through the rubber liquid holes.
