Claims (13)
- 플라스틱 파이프를 또 다른 플라스틱 부품에 연결하는 방법으로서, (a) 플라스틱 파이프의 외층과 다른 플라스틱 부품의 외층이 특정 파장의 레이져 광에 대하여 주로 불투명하고, (b) 플라스틱 파이프와 다른 플라스틱 부품이 둘 다, 레이져 광에 대하여 투과성인 플라스틱으로 제조된 추가의 어댑터(adaptor)에 의해 말단에서 외장(sheathing)되고, (c) 어댑터가 레이져 빔 용접에 의해 고정되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 플라스틱 파이프가 차단 층 및/또는 대전 방지성 내층을 포함하는 다층 파이프인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 다른 플라스틱 부품이 파이프용 퀵 커넥터, 브랜취(branch), 밸브 또는 커버인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 다른 플라스틱 부품이 또한 파이프인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 어댑터가 슬리브인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 어댑터가 파이프와 다른 플라스틱 부품 위에서 각각의 경우 하나 이상의 외면 용접(peripheral weld)에 의해 용접되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 레이져 광에 대하여 투과성인 물질의 어댑터가 2성분 사출 성형법에 의해 다른 플라스틱 부품과 함께 성형된 후, 파이프가 삽입되어 하나 이상의 용접에 의해 어댑터에 고정되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 레이져 광에 대하여 투과성인 플라스틱의 어댑터를 우선 다른 플라스틱 부품의 금형 속에 넣은 다음 성형하거나 오버몰딩(overmolding)한 후, 파이프가 삽입되어 하나 이상의 용접에 의해 어댑터에 고정되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중의 어느 한 항에서 청구한 바와 같이 제조된 복합물 부품.
- 제9항에 있어서, 자동차 파이프라인인 복합물 부품.
- 제10항에 있어서, 연료 라인, 냉각제 라인, 브레이크액 라인, 작동액 라인(hydraulic fluid line) 또는 전면 유리 세척 시스템 라인인 복합물 부품.
- 제9항에 있어서, 가스 수송 라인인 복합물 부품.
- 제9항에 있어서, 의료 기기의 성분인 복합물 부품.
