Claims (8)
- 구동 풀리와 피구동 풀리 사이에 감겨 이동하는 벨트와;피구동 풀리에 대해 벨트의 이완측과 맞물리고 소정의 감쇠율을 갖는 제1 텐셔너와;피구동 풀리에 대해 벨트의 긴장측과 맞물리고 소정의 감쇠율을 갖는 제2 텐셔너를 포함하는 것인 벨트 구동 시스템.
- 벨트 구동 시스템의 진동을 조정하는 방법으로,제1 텐셔너를 피구동 부속 장치에 대한 벨트의 이완측과 맞물리게 하는 단계와;제2 텐셔너를 피구동 부속 장치에 대한 벨트의 긴장측과 맞물리게 하는 단계와;미리 정해진 엔진 속도 범위를 벗어난 상태에서 벨트의 동적 장력이 제2 텐셔너의 마찰 감쇠보다 더 작게 되어 제2 텐셔너가 실질적으로 움직임이 없게 되도록 제2 텐셔너를 조절하는 단계와;미리 정해진 엔진 속도 범위 내에서 벨트의 동적 장력이 제2 텐셔너의 마찰 감쇠보다 더 크게 되어 제2 텐셔너가 벨트 구동 시스템의 진동을 실질적으로 감소시키기 위해 움직이게 되도록 제2 텐셔너를 조절하는 단계를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 미리 정해진 엔진 속도보다 작게 벨트 구동 시스템의 제1 공진 주파수를 설정하는 단계를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 풀리를 각각 구비하는 복수의 피구동 부속 장치들을 사용하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 다른 피구동 부속 장치에 비해 최대 관성을 갖는 피구동 부속 장치를 선택하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 약 600 내지 1400 RPM 범위의 미리 정해진 엔진 속도 범위를 갖도록 하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 텐셔너가 실질적으로 평평한 장력 제어 곡선을 갖게 하는 단계와;상기 제2 텐셔너가 실질적으로 심하게 경사진 장력 제어 곡선을 갖게 하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제1 텐셔너에 대한 감쇠율을 약 20% 내지 40%의 범위로 제공하는 단계와;상기 제2 텐셔너에 대한 감쇠율을 약 20% 내지 70%의 범위로 제공하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것인 방법.
