Description
Claims (10)
- (a) 스페이서 층에 의해 분리된 대치하는 작용 전극과 기준 전극에 의해 한정된 다수의 반응 구역; 및(b) 상기 반응 구역의 각각에 존재하는 시약 조성물을 포함하는, 전기화학적 시험 스트립.
- 제1항에 있어서, 시험 스트립이 2 내지 25개의 반응 구역을 포함하는 전기화학적 시험 스트립.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 각 반응 구역이 동일한 시약 조성물을 수용하는 전기화학적 시험 스트립.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 2개 이상의 반응 구역이 상이한 시약 조성물을 수용하는 전기화학적 시험 스트립.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 각 반응 구역이, 당해 반응 구역과 당해 시험 스트립의 외부 환경사이의 유체의 상호교류를 제공하기 위한 자체적인 유체 진입 통로를 갖는 전기화학적 시험 스트립.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 2개 이상의 반응 구역이, 당해 반응 구역과 당해 시험 스트립의 외부 환경사이의 유체의 상호교류를 제공하기 위한, 단일 진입 통로를 이루기 위하여 합해지는 유체 진입 통로들을 갖는 전기화학적 시험 스트립.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 스트립이 계량기내에 존재하는 전기화학적 시험 스트립.
- (a) 스페이서 층에 의해 분리된 대치하는 작용 전극과 기준 전극에 의해 한정된 다수의 반응 구역 및 당해 반응 구역의 각각에 존재하는 시약 조성물을 포함하는 전기화학적 시험 스트립에 생리학적 샘플을 적용하는 단계;(b) 금속 전극을 사용하여 반응 구역에서 전기 시그날을 검출하는 단계; 및(c) 검출된 전기 시그날과 샘플중의 피분석물의 양을 연관시키는 단계를 포함하는, 생리학적 샘플중의 피분석물의 농도를 측정하는 방법.
- (a) 스페이서 층에 의해 분리된 대치하는 작용 전극과 기준 전극에 의해 한정된 다수의 반응 구역 및 당해 반응 구역의 각각에 존재하는 시약 조성물을 포함하는 전기화학적 시험 스트립; 및(b) (i) 생리학적 샘플을 수득하기 위한 수단 및 (ii) 피분석물 표준중 하나 이상을 포함하는, 생리학적 샘플중의 피분석물의 농도를 측정하는데 사용하기 위한키트.
- (a) 스페이서 층에 의해 분리된 대치하는 작용 전극과 기준 전극에 의해 한정된 다수의 반응 구역 및 당해 반응 구역의 각각에 존재하는 시약 조성물을 포함하는 전기화학적 시험 스트립; 및(b) 계량기를 포함하는, 생리학적 샘플중의 피분석물의 농도를 측정하는데 사용하기 위한 시스템.
