Description
Claims (14)
- 리테이너 외부면의 상부 가장자리를 따라 존재하는 상부 플랜지, 축방향 관통-구멍, 및 리테이너 하부에서 베이스를 포함하는 배럴-형상의 리테이너;리테이너의 길이를 따라 리테이너의 중간에 위치하면서 리테이너 외부면을 따르는 원주의 벌지 영역;제 1 밸리 영역이 상기 상부 플랜지와 상기 벌지 영역 사이에 위치되고 제 2 벌지 영역이 상기 벌지 영역과 상기 베이스 사이에 위치되는, 리테이너의 외부면을 따르면서 지름이 감소되는 2개의 원주의 밸리 영역; 및스크루의 헤드에 견고하게 고정되는 플라스틱 캡과 스레드된 샤프트를 구비하고 상기 관통-구멍 내에 위치되는 스크루를 포함하며, 상기 캡은 상기 리테이너 내에 상기 스크루를 고정시키기 위해 상기 리테이너의 외부면과 맞물리는 탄성적으로 변형가능한 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투-피스 패널 패스너.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 리테이너의 하부에서 베이스 플랜지를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투-피스 패널 패스너.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 베이스 플랜지에서 축방향 아래로 확장하는 생크를 더 포함하는 것을특징으로 하는 투-피스 패널 패스너.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 리테이너는 금속인 것을 특징으로 하는 투-피스 패널 패스너.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 리테이너의 외부면과 맞물리는 상기 탄성적으로 변형가능한 수단은 내부로 바이어스된 세로로 확장되는 핑거인 것을 특징으로 하는 투-피스 패널 패스너.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 핑거가 상기 2개의 밸리 영역을 덮는 2개의 바이어스된 위치에서 상기 스크루는 상기 리테이너 내에 고정되게 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 투-피스 패널 패스너.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 안정한 두 위치는 수축 위치 및 확장 위치이고, 상기 스크루가 상기 확장 위치에 있을때 상기 스크루의 스레드된 부분은 상기 리테이너의 생크 이상으로 확장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 투-피스 패널 패스너.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 리테이너가 견고하게 고정되는 회로판을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투-피스 패널 패스너.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 리테이너는 납땜에 의해 상기 회로판에 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 투-피스 패널 패스너.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 벌지 영역상에 위치된 상기 리테이너의 세로로 확장되는 원통형 표면 영역을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투-피스 패널 패스너.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 상부 플랜지는 챔퍼되는 것을 특징으로 하는 투-피스 패널 패스너.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 스크루는 플라스틱으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 투-피스 패널 패스너.
- 인쇄 회로 기판의 부착 구멍을 통해 고정용 패스너 리테이너의 축방향으로확장하는 생크를 위치시키는 단계;리테이너를 인쇄 회로 기판에 납땜하는 단계;상기 리테이너를 냉각하는 단계; 및상기 리테이너의 외부면에 스크루 캡을 스냅 부착하는 것에 의해 상기 리테이너에 플라스틱 스크루 캡을 포함하는 수축가능한 스크루 조립체를 고정시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄 회로 기판에 고정용 패널 패스너를 조립하는 방법.
- 리테이너의 하부에서 베이스를 구비하는 배럴-형상의 리테이너;리테이너 관통-구멍의 상부에 위치되고, 플랜지의 상부에서 리드-인 램프와 플랜지의 하면상에서 급경사진 각도를 포함하는 내부로 향하는 플랜지;리테이너의 길이를 따라 리테이너의 중간에 위치된 리테이너의 외부면을 따르는 원주의 벌지 영역;벌지 영역 아래에 위치된 리테이너의 외부면을 따르는, 지름이 감소되는 원주의 밸리 영역; 및스레드된 샤프트 및 스크루에 견고하게 고정되는 플라스틱 캡을 구비하는 스크루을 포함하고,상기 스크루는 상기 관통-구멍내에 놓여지고 상기 샤프트의 스레드된 영역의 상부에 위치된 변형가능한 링을 포함하고, 상기 변형가능한 링의 완화된 외부 지름은 상기 리테이너 관통-구멍 플랜지의 내부 지름보다 더 크며 이것에 의해 상기 스크루가 뒤로 끌려질때 상기 리테이너 내에 상기 스크루가 고정되도록 상기 링이 상기 플랜지의 하면과 맞물리는 것을 특징으로 하는 패널 패스너.
