Abstract

본 고안은 합성수지제 파렛트의 구성체에 관한 것으로 보다 구체적인 것은 3~4개의 기둥부재(1)를 일정간격에 나란히 배치하고 그 상면과 하면에 각각 기둥부재와 직각이 유지되는 방향으로 5개의 상면판(2)과 3개의 하면판(3)를 일정간격에 나란히 중첩시켜 피스보울트(4)로 체결하는 공지된 파렛트에 있어서,
기둥부재(1)는 열가소성 합성수지 압출성형체로서 상면과 하면에 결합부(11)(12)가 형성되고 중앙통공부(13)에 수개의 보강체(13a)가 형성된 기둥체(10)와 기둥체의 상하면에 밀착하도록 기둥체와 접촉면이 평면 또는 요철의 결합면을 가지는 일정형상의 형재로 되는 연결체(10a)(10b)로 이루어지고 상면판(2)과 하면판(3)은 열가소성 합성수지 압출성형체로서 통공부(2a)(3a)에 수개의 보강체(2b)(3b)를 구비하고 양측 외면에 결합돌편(2c,3c)을 가진 형재로 이루어져 서로 견고하게 체결할 수 있게한 구성의 합성수지제 파렛트이다.

Description

합성수지제 파렛트 {Plastic pallet}
본 고안은 합성수지제 파렛트의 구성체에 관한 것으로 보다 구체적인 것은 각종 물품의 상하차나 일정장소에 적재할 때 사용하는 파렛트를 합성수지 성형부재로 조립할수 있게 구성하여 견고하고 가벼운 파렛트를 보다 저렴하게 공급할수 있게한 것이다.
종래의 파렛트는 금속판제로 성형한 부재를 가로세로 방향으로 중복되게 조립하여 구성하거나 합성수지제 사출하여 일체로 구성한 것이기 때문에 전자의 경우는 쉽게 녹이 쓸어 외관이 추하고 가격도 고가로 되는 불편이 있고
후자의 경우는 제로 단가가 비싸게 되고 투박하여 취급하기에 불편한 결점이 있었다.
본 고안은 위와같은 종래의 결점을 시정하기 위하여 개발한 것인데 이를 보다 상세히 첨부도면에 의거 설명하면 다음과 같다.

본 고안은 도1에 표시한 바와같이 3~4개의 기둥부재(1)를 일정간격에 나란히 배치하고 상면과 하면에 각각 기둥부재와 직각이 유지되는 방향으로 5개의 상면판(2)과 3개의 하면판(3)을 일정간격에 나란히 중첩시켜 피스보울트(4)로 체결하여 구성되는 파렛트에 있어서,
기둥부재(1)는 도3과 도6에 표현한 바와같이 상면과 하면에 결합부(11)(12)가 형성되고 중앙통공부(13)에 수개의 보강체(13a)가 형성된 열가소성 합성수지(예를 들면 폴리프로필렌수지등) 압출성형물로 된 기둥체(10)와 기둥체(10)의 상하 결합부에 밀착결합할수 있도록 접촉면이 형성된 일정의 형재로 구성된 연결체(10a)(10b)로 이루어져 상하연결체가 3개 또는 4개의 기둥체와 연결하여 기둥부재(1)를 형성하게 되며 상면판(2)과 하면판(3)은 열가소성합성수지로 압출성형되는 4각형재로서 통공부(2a)(3a)에 수개의 보강체(2b)(3b)가 형성되고 양측 외면에 결합돌편(2c)(3c)이 형성되는 형재로서 기둥부재(1) 상하면에 결합되어 피스볼트(4)로 체결되는 구성이다.
한편 기둥체(10)의 결합부(11)(12)는 요입홈 또는 ""형상으로 요철면이 형성되는 것 중에서 선택한 하나의 형상으로 이루어 질수 있고 결합부의 형상이 요입홈으로 되느냐 요철면으로 되느냐에 따라 연결체가(10a)의 결합부 접촉면이 평면으로 되느냐 요철면으로 되느냐를 결정하게 된다.
이와같이 구성된 본 고안은 기둥부재(1)를 구성하는 기둥체(10)가 열가소성합성수지 압출성형물로서 기둥체(10)의 통공부(13)내에 수개의 보강체(13a)가 형성되어 있고 상면과 하면에 연결체 결합부(11)(12)가 형성되어 연결체(10a)(10b)의 결합면이 평면으로 될 경우 요입홈으로 결합부를 유지하고 연결체(10a)(10b)의 결합면이 요철면으로 될 경우 기둥체의 결합면이 이에 대응하는 요철면으로 형성되어서 기둥체의 상하면에 결합되는 연결체를 밀착 결합시킬수 있도록 되고 기둥체위에 중첩되는 상면판(2)과 하면판(3)은 열가소성합성수지 압출성형물로서 4각형재로 구성되어 통공부(2a)(3a)에 수개의 보강체(2b)(3b)가 형성되고 양측외면에 결합돌편(2c)(3c)이 형성되어 결합돌편에 피스보울트(4)를 꽂아 기둥체와 체결 하게 되므로 조립이 용이하고 조립된 제품은 가볍고 견고하면서 녹슬지 않는 파렛트가 만들어져 보다 염가로 공급할수 있도록 되는 이점이 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 3~4개의 기둥부재(1)를 일정간격에 나란히 배치하고 그 상면과 하면에 각각 기둥부재와 직각이 유지되는 방향으로 5개의 상면판(2)과 3개의 하면판(3)를 일정간격에 나란히 중첩시켜 피스보울트(4)로 체결하는 공지된 파렛트에 있어서,
    기둥부재(1)는 열가소성 합성수지 압출성형체로서 상면과 하면에 결합부(11)(12)가 형성되고 중앙통공부(13)에 수개의 보강체(13a)가 형성된 기둥체(10)와 기둥체의 상하면에 밀착하도록 기둥체(10)와의 접촉면이 평면 또는 요철의 결합면을 가지는 일정형상의 형재로 되는 연결체(10a)(10b)로 이루어지고,
    상면판(2)과 하면판(3)은 열가소성 합성수지 압출성형체로서 통공부(2a)(3a)에 수개의 보강체(2b)(3b)를 구비하고 양측 외면에 결합돌편(2c,3c)을 가진 형재로 이루어져 이들이 피스볼트에 의거 서로 체결되게 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성수지제 파렛트
  2. 상기1항에서 기둥부재 연결체(10a)(10b)는 기둥부재와 접촉하는 면이 "" 형으로 요철의 결합면을 가지는 구성체일 것을 포함하는 합성수지제 파렛트
