Claims (5)
- 포장용 골판지에 있어서,겉포장 부분인 표면라이너층;상기 표면라이너층 하단에 마련된 완충역할을 하는 코로케이트층;상기 코로케이트층 하단에 마련된 안쪽포장 부분인 이면라이너층; 및상기 이면라이너층의 일면에 코팅가공되어 형성된 정전기 차폐층으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 정전기 방지용 골판지.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 표면라이너층과 상기 코로케이트층 사이와, 상기 코로케이트층과 상기 이면라이너층 사이에는 점착물에 의해서 각각 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정전기 방지용 골판지.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 점착물은 전분 90 내지 99.5 wt% 및 질소파우더 0.5 내지 3 wt%로 배합된 것을 특징으로 하는 정전기 방지용 골판지.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 정전기 차폐층은 방수코팅액 60 내지 75 wt%, 숯 5 내지 10 wt%, 카본블랙 10 내지 20 wt% 및 알루미늄 10 내지 20 wt%가 배합된 후 롤코팅 가공되어 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정전기 방지용 골판지.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 방수코팅액은 파라핀왁스 10 내지 25 wt%, 전분 7 내지 15 wt%, 미경화 멜라민수지 3 내지 8 wt% 및 3%-스테아린산수용액 60 내지 80 wt%로 배합된 것을 특징으로 하는 정전기 방지용 골판지.
