Claims (5)
- 단열재 및 심재의 역할을 하는 판상의 발포경량 세라믹과, 상기 발포경량 세라믹의 상하 양면에 접착되는 강판으로 이루어진 샌드위치 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 발포경량 세라믹은 SiO260 내지 65 중량%, Al2O315 내지 20 중량%, Fe2O31 내지 5 중량%, CaO 2 내지 4 중량%, MgO 1 내지 3 중량%, K2O 0.5 내지 1.5 중량% 및 Na2O 2 내지 5 중량%를 함유하는 발포성 점토광물 90 내지 98 중량%, 융제로서 폐유리 1 내지 5 중량%, 발포제로서 탄화규소 0.5 내지 5 중량%로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 샌드위치 패널.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 발포경량 세라믹은 밀도 0.3 내지 0.7 g/㎤, 꺾임강도 8 내지 50 ㎏f/㎠, 열전도율 0.10 내지 0.13 W/mㆍK(20℃)의 물성과 난연 1급(KS F 2271)의 난연성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 샌드위치 패널.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 패널의 일 측면에는 돌출부가 형성되고, 마주하는 다른 일 측면에는 요홈부가 형성되어, 별도의 조립부재없이 패널간의 끼움작업에 의해 조립가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 샌드위치 패널.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 강판과 발포경량 세라믹을 접착하는데 사용되는 접착제는 에폭시계, 우레탄계, EVA(Ethylene Vinyl Acetate)계 중에서 선택되는 1종 이상임을 특징으로 하는 샌드위치 패널.
