Claims (5)
- 내부에 밀폐된 소정의 공간부를 가지는 탱크본체와, 상기 본체 외주면의 일부에 소정의 간격으로 압접되며 가장자리가 상기 탱크본체에 접합되어 열교환 매체 통로를 형성하는 외부플레이트와, 상기 열교환매체통로와 연통되도록 상기 탱크본체 또는 외부플레이트에 설치되는 공급관 및 배출관을 구비하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 가열탱크.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 탱크본체와 외부플레이트에 의해 구획된 열교환매체 통로는 교호적으로 용접된 비드들에 의해 사행형상으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 가열탱크.
- 내부에 밀폐된 소정의 공간부를 가지는 탱크본체와, 상기 본체 외주면의 일부에 소정의 간격으로 압접되며 가장자리가 상기 탱크본체에 접합되어 열교환 매체 통로를 형성하는 외부플레이트와, 상기 열교환매체통로와 연통되도록 상기 탱크본체 또는 외부플레이트에 설치되는 공급관 및 배출관을 구비하여 된 가열탱크와;상기 공급관과 배출관을 통하여 열교환 매체 통로로 열교환 매체를 가열 또는 냉각시켜 순환시키는 순환수단과;상기 가열탱크의 상부에 토출관과, 상기 배출관을 통하여 배출되는 증기를 응축시키기 위한 응축수단을 구비하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 증류장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 응축수단은 토출관이 코러게이트 형상으로 형성되고, 이 토출관을 감싸며 냉각수가 흐르는 하우징을 구비하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 증류장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 탱크본체와 외부플레이트에 의해 구획된 열교환매체 통로는 교호적으로 용접된 비드들에 의해 사행형상으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 증류장치.
