Claims (14)
- 중량 %로 나타낸, 0.03 ≤ 탄소(C) ≤ 0.060.50 ≤ 망간(Mn) ≤ 1.100.08 ≤ 규소(Si) ≤ 0.200.015 ≤ 알루미늄(Al) ≤ 0.070질소(N) ≤ 0.007니켈(Ni) ≤ 0.040구리(Cu) ≤ 0.040인(P) ≤ 0.035황(S) ≤ 0.015몰리브덴(Mo) ≤ 0.008티타늄(Ti) ≤ 0.005인 조성물을 포함하며,0.65 ≤≤ 1.60 인 양의 붕소를 함유하며,조성물의 나머지(balance)는 철(iron)과 제련공정에서 발생되는 불순물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 강(steel).
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 망간(Mn)과 규소(Si)는,인 것을 특징으로 하는 강.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 망간(Mn)은 0.55와 0.65 사이의 중량%이며,상기 규소(Si)는 0.08과 0.12 사이의 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 강.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 망간(Mn)은 0.95와 1.05 사이의 중량%이며,상기 규소(Si)는 0.16과 0.20 사이의 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 강.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 질소는 0.005 중량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 강.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 인(P)은 0.015 중량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 강.
- 강을 제련하여 슬랩을 캐스트(cast)하는 단계;강판을 형성하기 위하여 열간 압연의 최종 온도가 Ar3 포인트 온도 이상에서 상기 슬랩을 열간 압연하는 단계;500와 700℃ 사이의 온도에서 상기 강판을 코일링(coiling)하는 단계;50 내지 80%, 바람직하게는 60 내지 78%의 압하율(reduction ratio)로 상기 강판을 냉간 압연하는 단계;재결정 열 처리하는 단계; 및바람직하게 1.2와 2.5% 사이의 스킨 패스 리덕션(skin pass reduction)으로 조질압연(調質壓延 : skin-pass rolling)을 하는 단계;를 포함하는 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 하나의 항에 청구된 조성물을 갖는 강판 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 재결정 열처리는,5 내지 15 시간 동안 상기 강의 재결정 온도 이상의 온도에서 수소하에 수행되는 스태틱 어닐링(static annealing)후, 30시간 이상 수행되는 슬로우 스태틱 냉각(slow static cooling)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강판 제조방법.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서,상기 스킨 패스 강판에 유기제 코팅(organic coating)이 적층된 후, PAREQ가 9.80과 11.5 사이인 열 처리가 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 강판 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 유기제 코팅은,가교접속(crosslink) 가능한 수지(resin)를 기본으로 하고, 금속 볼(metal ball)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강판 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 하나의 항에 청구된 조성물을 갖는 등방성 강판.
- 제7항 내지 제10항 중 어느 하나의 항에 청구된 방법에 의하여 제조되는 등방성 강판.
- 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서,상기 강은,0.55와 0.65 사이의 중량%인 망간 및 0.08과 0.12 사이의 중량%인 규소를 포함하며,9.8과 11.5 사이의 PAREQ를 갖는 열 처리가 된 후, 220MPa보다 더 큰 내력(yield strength), 36%보다 더 큰 신장(elongation) 및 0.20보다 더 큰 가공 경화 계수(work-hardening coefficient)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 등방성 강판.
- 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서,상기 강은,0.95와 1.05 사이의 중량%인 망간 및 0.16과 0.20 사이의 중량%인 규소를 포함하며,9.8과 11.5 사이의 PAREQ를 갖는 열 처리가 된 후, 260MPa보다 더 큰 내력, 400MPa보다 더 큰 인장강도(tensile strength) 및 0.18보다 더 큰 가공 경화계수(work-hardening coefficient)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 등방성 강판.
