Claims (2)
- 안테나를 통해 유도된 신호를 대역별 수신신호로 분리하는 다이플렉서와; 상기 대역별 수신신호를 수신하는 수신회로와 상기 수신회로에서 수신한 수신신호 대역의 송신신호를 송신하는 송신회로가 신호 송수신여부에 따라 각각 분리하여 동작하도록 상기 송수신회로의 동작여부를 결정하는 제어신호에 따라 동작하는 스위치부와; 상기 스위치부와 상기 송신회로 사이에 연결되어 전송신호의 하모닉 성분을 감쇠시키는 저역통과필터와; 상기 스위치부와 상기 수신회로 사이에 연결되어 상기 수신회로의 입력임피던스를 조절하는 페이즈 쉬프터(Phase Shifter)가 적어도 하나 이상의 레이어에 형성된 스트립라인과 MIM(Metal Insulator Metal) 구조로 구현되는 안테나 스위치에 있어서,상기 저역통과필터는 소자특성 변화가 가능하도록 상기 레이어 중 가장 상측에 위치하는 레이어에 형성된 가변 커패시터부를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 안테나 스위치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 가변 커패시터부는 인가 전압에 따라 커패시턴스가 변하도록 상기 상측에 위치하는 레이어에 장착되는 바렉터 다이오드와; 상기 바렉터 다이오드로 조절하고자 하는 상기 안테나 스위치의 필터링 특성에 따른 전압이 인가되도록 상기 상측 레이어에 형성된 컨트롤 전압전극으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 안테나 스위치.
