Claims (2)
- 중량을 기준으로 90~96중량%을 가지는 적어도 1종류이상의 수용성 에탄올 및 메탄올, 마그네슘 양이온의 몰수에 대해 0.25~0.30의 몰비에 중량기준으로 0.07~0.09중량%을 가지는 아세틸 아세톤, 중량기준으로 0.05~0.1중량%을 가지는 순도17㏁/㎠이상의 순수, 입자가 5㎛이하이고 중량을 기준으로 3.0~3.2중량%인 마그네슘 알콕사이드 분말, 나머지 적어도 1종류이상의 계면활성제와 질산(HNO3)을 구성하고, 9.0~9.5의 pH로 조성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 풀림융착방지용 코팅액.
- 제1항에 기재된 풀림융착방지용 코팅액과 철-니켈 연자겅 합금판 혹은 그 재료를 이용하여 프레스, 벤딩가공기등에 의해 권철심, 타발, 드로잉, 굽힘가공등의 1차 가공한 제품과 접촉시킴으로써 코팅막의 두께가 0.05~1.0㎛로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 방법.
