Claims (4)
- 만난아제를 생산하는 토양으로부터 분리한 바실러스 속 WL-1(Bacillussp. WL-1) 균주 (기탁번호 KCTC 0800BP).
- 트립톤 10 g/L, 효모 추출물 5 g/L, NaCl 5 g/L, 박토아가 18 g/L를 함유하는 LB 한천배지에 밀기울 1.0 ∼ 3.0% 또는 유당 0.5 ∼ 3.0%을 함유시킨 후 상기 제 1 항의 바실러스 속 WL-1 균주를 접종하고 배양함을 특징으로 하는 만난아제 생산방법
- 상기 제 2 항의 방법에 의해 제조되고, pH 5.5 ∼ 7.0에서 효소활성을 나타내며, 만난 분해능을 가지는 바실러스 속 WL-1 균주(KCTC 0800BP) 유래의 만난아제.
- 상기 제 3 항 기재의 만난아제가 첨가된 단위가축용 사료.
