Abstract

본 고안은 전기발열체를 이용한 찜질버선에 관한 것으로 버선형 찜질팩(3)을 겉버선속에 넣거나 빼는 것과 속버선을 찜질용 버선(2)에 쉽게 붙이거나 떼어낼 수 있도록 하기 위해서 속버선(4)의 개방된 상부테두리를 찜질용 버선(2)의 개방된 상부테두리에 슬라이드화스너(5)로 착탈 가능하게 부착한 전기발열체를 이용한 찜질버선임.
본 고안은 겉버선속에 버선형 찜질팩을 간편하게 넣거나 빼낼 수 있고, 사용중 오염된 겉버선 세탁이 가능해 위생적으로 사용할 수 있는 점이고, 사용중 오염되기 쉬운 속버선을 찜질용 버선(2)으로 부터 착탈시켜 세탁,교체 하면서 위생적으로 사용할 수 있는 장점이 있다.

Description

전기발열체를 이용한 찜질버선구조
본 고안은 전기발열체를 이용한 찜질버선에 관한 것으로 보다 구체적으로는 전기발열체를 포함하는 찜질용 버선에 속버선을 재봉선으로 봉착시켜 고정하거나 착탈 가능하게 부착하여 속버선의 세탁과 교체가 용이한 찜질버선에 관한 것이다.
전기발열체를 포함하는 찜질버선은 본 출원 고안자의 대한민국 특허출원 제 99-0009978호와 특허출원 제 99-0010178호 등을 들 수 있다.
이와 같은 찜질버선은 버선형 찜질팩을 감싸는 겉버선의 발등부위에 슬라이드 화스너를 봉착시켜서 이 슬라이드화스너로 겉버선의 앞쪽을 개 폐하여 버선형 찜질팩을 넣거나 빼낼 수 있도록 되어 있지만 속버선을 뒤집어 밖으로 꺼낼 수 없도록 고정되있어 사용상 불편하고, 겉버선과 버선형 찜질팩 분리형 찜질버선은 생산원가가 높은 폐단은 물론 버선형 찜질팩 속으로 삽입되어 지는 속버선이 겉버선 속에 고정된 것이어서, 사용중 땀이차고 냄새가 배는 속버선을 세탁하거나 낡은 속버선을 새것으로 교체 하는데 매우 불편한 폐단이 있었다.
본 고안은 이와같은 종래기술의 제반문제점을 해결한 것인바,
본 고안은 버선형 찜질팩을 겉버선속에 넣거나 빼내는 것이 간편하도록 개선시킨 겉버선과 버선형 찜질팩 분리형 찜질버선과 사용중 세탁과 교체가 요구되는 속버선을 찜질용 버선으로 부터, 손쉽게, 제거 또는 재부착할 수 있는 찜질버선을 제공하는데 기술적 과제를 둔 것이다.

본 고안은 도 1에 예시한 바와같이 카본사를 이용한 전기 발열체(1)를 포함하고, 버선형태로 만들어지는 찜질버선(2)의 개방된 상단부 테두리에 속버선(4)의 개방된 테두리를 슬라이더화스너(5)로 착탈 시켜줄 수 있도록 해서 된 것과 고정적으로 부착 시킨 것 모두가 위생적 처리를 위한 고안이다.
도 1 에서 속버선(4)을 실선으로 표현한 것은 속버선(4)을 뒤집어 놓은 상태를 보인 것이고 착용할 경우에는 속버선(4)을 쇄선으로 표현한 바와 같이 찜질용 버선(2)속에 넣어진다.
이와 같은 상태에서 속버선(4)을 찜질용 버선(2)의 개방된 상부로 삽입하거나 도 2에 예시한 바와같이 겉버선(6)이 뒷쪽에 봉착된 슬라이드화스너(7)를 개방시켜 만들어지는 개구부(8)를 이용하여 겉버선(6)속으로 버선형 찜질팩(3)을 삽입할 수 있다.
본 고안은 도 1에 예시한 바와 같이 찜질용 버선(2)의 개방된 상부테두리에 속버선(4)을 재봉선으로 봉착시켜 고정하거나 슬라이드화스너를 이용하여 착탈 가능하게 부착하고, 또 하나의 고안은 도 2 에 예시한 바와 같이 버선형 찜질팩(3)을 슬라이드 화스너(7)로 개폐되는 개구부(8)를 이용하여 겉버선(6)속으로 끼워넣은 다음 속버선(4)을 버선형찜질팩(3)속으로 끼워넣어서 사용할 수도있다.
도면중 미설명부호 9는 전기공급코드, 10은 플러그이다.
본 고안은 버선형 찜질팩(3)을 겉버선(6)속에 넣거나 빼내는 것이 손쉽도록 분리된 찜질버선의 특징으로 사용중 오염된 찜질버선의 세탁이 가능한 장점과 또 하나의 본 고안은 사용중 자주 세탁을 하거나 교체해 주어야 하는 속버선(4)을 찜질용 버선(2)에 착탈 가능하게 부착한 것이어서 매우 위생적으로 사용할 수 있는 장점이 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 전기발열체(1)를 포함하는 찜질용 버선(2), 버선형 찜질팩(3), 속버선(4) 및 겉버선(6)으로 이루어진 것에 있어서, 속버선(4)의 개방된 상부테두리가 찜질용 버선(2)의 개방된 상부테두리에 슬라이드화스너(5)로 착탈가능하게 부착되어 있는 전기발열체를 이용한 찜질버선구조.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서 겉버선(6)의 뒷쪽에 버선형 찜질팩(3)이 삽입되는 개구부(8)가 슬라이드화스너(7)로 개폐하도록 되어있는 겉버선과 찜질용 버선이 분리된 찜질버선의 특징과 겉버선(6)의 개방된 상부테두리에 속버선(4)의 개방된 상부테두리가 부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기발열체를 이용한 찜질버선구조.
