Description
Claims (5)
- 연료탱크로부터 공급된 연료를 분사하는 연료분사장치와 상기 연료분사장치에 의해 분사된 연료가 유입되는 엔진측 메니폴더 사이에 설치되고, 연료분사장치로부터 분사된 연료를 가열, 비산, 와류시켜 메니폴더로 유입되는 연료의 기화를 촉진하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 미세분사장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서;상기 연료분사장치로부터 분사된 연료를 가열하는 연료 미세분사장치는 연료분사장치의 인젝터와 연결되는 히터박스커버 및 히터박스와, 상기 히터박스커버 외부에 설치되는 배선커넥터와, 상기 히터 박스내에 위치하도록 히터박스 커버 일측에 설치되고 중앙에 홀을 구비하는 히터하우징 캡과, 상기 히터박스내에 위치하도록 히터하우징 캡 일측에 설치되고 중앙으로 연료가 통과하는 히터 하우징과, 상기 연료가 통과하는 히터 하우징의 중앙에 위치하도록 다수개의 나사에 의해 고정되는 히터와, 상기 히터박스내에 위치하도록 히터 하우징 일측에 설치되고 중앙으로 연료가 통과하는 메니폴더 연결팁을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 미세분사장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서;상기 히터외주면에는 나선형의 발열판이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 미세분사장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서;상기 히터하우징은 히터하우징 캡과 일측면이 접촉되는 하우징접촉부와, 상기 하우징 접촉부 일측에 설치되는 단열보온부와, 상기 하우징접촉부와 단열보온부 중앙을 관통하여 설치되는 연료홀부로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 미세분사장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서;상기 히터하우징 캡의 홀 중간 지점에는 히터하우징내의 연료가 역류하는 것을 방지하고, 진공상태가 되는 것을 방지하도록 진공방지체크밸브가 연결·설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 미세분사장치.
