Abstract
본 고안은 가류시 타이어와 금형사이에 존재하는 공기를 용이하게 배출하며 공기 배출구로 인하여 타이어에 식출이나 자국이 생기지 아니하게 하는 가류금형을 제공하기 위한 것으로, 금형에 있어서의 트레드 부분을 금형 본체와 별도로 분리 형성시키되 분리된 트레드 부분 금형을 또한 다수개로 분할 형성시키고, 분할된 각개의 분할체 사이에 고무입자 등은 통과하지 못하나, 공기는 통과할 수 있는 미세공간(5)을 형성시키어 타이어와 금형사이의 공기를 원활하게 배출시키면서도 타이어에 흠이 생기지 아니하게 하여 타이어의 품위를 향상시킬 수 있게 한 것임.The present invention provides a vulcanization mold which easily discharges the air present between the tire and the mold during vulcanization, and does not cause extraction or marks on the tire due to the air outlet. 금형 본체(1)와 트레드금형부(2)를 별도로 형성시켜서 된 통상의 것에 있어서, 트레드 금형부(2)를 다수개로 분리된 분할체(21,22,23,24,.....)의 결합으로 구성시키며, 각개의 분할체(21,22,23,24,.....)는 이웃하는 분할체(21,22,23,24,......)와의 접면부(31,32,33,34,....)와 이격부(41,42,43,44,.....)를 가지며, 각개의 분할체(21,22,23,24,.....)의 접면부(31,32,33,34,...)는 이웃하는 분할체(21,22,23,24.,,,,)의 접면부(31,32,33,34,...)와 밀접하게 접하여지나 각개의 분할체(21,22,23,24,....)의 이격부(41,42,43,44,....)는 이웃하는 분할체(21,22,23,24,.....)의 이격부(41,42,43,44,....)와 간격을 이루며 이러한 간격은 공간(5)을 형성시키게 된다. 공간(5)의 폭은 0.02∼0.08mm의 크기로 형성시키므로서 이러한 공간(5)을 통하여 공기는 배출되나 고무입자 등은 유입되지 아니하도록 형성시킨다. 물론 공간(5)는 금형 밖의 외부와 연통되어야 한다. 각개의 분할체(21,22,23,24,....)의 이격부(41,42,43,44,....)와 이에 이웃하는 분할체(21,22,23,24,.....)의 이격부(41,42,43,44,....)사이에 간격을 형성시킴에 있어서는 양측을 각각 0.01∼0.04mm씩 동일한 공간부를 가지게 형성시킬 수도 있으나, 일측에만 공간을 형성시킬 수도 있다.In the ordinary thing formed by separately forming the mold main body 1 and the tread mold part 2, the tread mold part 2 is divided into a plurality of divided bodies 21, 22, 23, 24, .....)
