Claims (12)
- 페노티아진 및 50 중량% 이상의 N-알킬피롤리돈을 함유하는 억제제 용액을 자유 라디칼 중합반응이 일어나는 반응계에 첨가하는 것을 포함하며, 상기 억제제 용액이 또한 p-메톡시페놀 (MEHQ)을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자유 라디칼 중합반응을 즉시 종결시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, N-알킬피롤리돈이 N-메틸피롤리돈 또는 N-에틸피롤리돈인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 억제제 용액 중에서 페노티아진의 함량이 억제제 용액의 중량을 기준으로 10 중량% 이상인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 억제제 용액 중에서 p-메톡시페놀의 함량이 억제제 용액의 중량을 기준으로 2.5 내지 12.5 중량%인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 억제제 용액 중 p-메톡시페놀 함량이 억제제 용액의 중량을 기준으로 5 내지 10 중량%인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 자유 라디칼 중합반응이 일어나는 반응계가 자유 라디칼 괴상 중합반응을 일으키는 (메트)아크릴성 단량체를 포함하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, (메트)아크릴성 단량체가 (메트)아크릴산인 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, (메트)아크릴성 단량체가 (메트)아크릴산 에스테르인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 방법을 수행하기 위한 장치.
- 페노티아진, p-메톡시페놀 (MEHQ) 및 N-알킬피롤리돈을 함유하는 억제제 용액.
- 제10항에 있어서, 페노티아진 및 N-메틸피롤리돈을 함유하는 억제제 용액.
- 제11항에 있어서, 억제제 용액의 중량을 기준으로 각각 페노티아진 10 중량% 이상, p-메톡시페놀 (MEHQ) 5 내지 10 중량% 및 N-메틸피롤리돈 50 중량% 이상을 함유하는 억제제 용액.
