Abstract

PURPOSE: An Internet business model for managing customers through the increase/decrease of points is provided to increase the efficiency of customer management by increasing and decreasing points linked to gifts or cash according to a fixed condition, thereby managing customers. CONSTITUTION: In case that a user recommends or enlists new members, points are added. In case that the user participates in an event in a web site or clicks an advertisement, points are added. In case that the user performs a deed which a site operator regulates, points are subtracted. In addition, in case that a recommended member withdraws in the site, points are subtracted. In case that a fixed amount of points are accumulated, the points are changed into cash. The cash is provided to the user.
