Abstract

PURPOSE: The method is provided to verify an object by retrieving and printing particular patterns, colors and trademarks stored in a computer. CONSTITUTION: In the method of verifying an object's originality, in step (one), the image information of the object such as shape, color, pattern, and trademark information is read through an image processing input device(1). In step (two), the image information is sent to the microprocessor(3). In step (three), merging application is conducted on the image information and saved in the microprocessor(3). In step (four), when needed to verify an object, the saved information is searched. In step (five), the image information is produced through an output device(4).

본 발명은 대상물의 특징부위, 구체적으로 무늬,색깔,패턴,상표의 화상정보를 영상 입력장치에 의해서 컴퓨터로 전송하고 컴퓨터에 전송된 모든 화상정보들을 일정한 형식을 갖춘 파일로 병합 처리 하여 기억장치에 저장시켜 놓아다가 원대상물과의 진위 여부 확인이 필요할때에 출력장치를 통하여 출력함으로써 원대상물과의 진위 여부를 판별할 수 있는 방법에 관한 것으로,더욱 상세하게는, 대상물의 특징부위, 구체적으로 무늬 화상정보,색깔 화상정보,패턴 화상정보,상표 화상정보들을 영상 입력장치를 통하여 개별적으로 읽고, 영상 입력장치에 의해서 읽혀진 화상정보는 전송매체 를 통하여 컴퓨터로 곧 전송된다. 이러한 과정을 통하여 화상정보들을 모두 컴퓨터에 전송한후, 전송된 무늬 화상정보,색깔 화상정보,패턴 화상정보,상표 화상정보들을 일정한 형식을 갖춘 파일에 병합 처리하여 기억장치에 저장한다. 이렇게 저장된 파일을 출력장치를 통하여 확인함으로써, 원대상물과의 진위여부를 판별할 수 있도록 하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 종래의 방법으로는 원대상물과의 진위 여부를 확인하기 위해서는 사용자의 기억에 의존할 수 밖에 없는 실정에 있다.The present invention transfers the image information of the feature part of the object, specifically, the pattern, color, pattern, and trademark to the computer by the image input device, and merges all the image information transmitted to the computer into a file having a predetermined format to the storage device. 이러한 종래의 문제점을 해결하기 위해서 본 발명은 대상물의 특징부위, 구체적으로 무늬,색깔,패턴,상표들의 화상정보를 영상 입력장치에 의해서 컴퓨터로 전송하고 컴퓨터에 전송된 화상정보들을 일정한 형식을 갖춘 파일로 병합 처리 하여 기억장치에 저장시켰다가 원대상물과의 진위 여부 확인이 필요할때에 출력장치를 통하여 출력함으로써 원대상물과의 진위 여부를 판별할 수 있도록 하는데 목적이 있는 것이다. 이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은 대상물의 특징부위, 구체적으로 무늬 화상정보,색깔 화상정보,패턴 화상정보,상표 화상정보들을 영상 입력장치를 통하여 개별적으로 읽고, 영상 입력장치에 의해서 읽혀진 화상정보를 전송매체을 통하여 컴퓨터로 전송하는 과정, 전송된 무늬 화상정보,색깔 화상정보,패턴 화상정보,상표 화상정보를 일정한 형식을 갖춘 파일로 병합 처리하여 기억장치에 저장하는 과정, 원대상물과의 진위 여부 확인이 필요할때에 저장된 화상정보파일을 검색하는 과정, 검색된 화상정보화일을 출력장치를 통하여 출력하는 과정,이러한 전 과정을 통합 관리하기 위한 소프트웨어로 이루어진 것에 특징이 있다.In order to solve the conventional problems, the present invention transmits image information of a feature part of an object, specifically, a pattern, a color, a pattern, and a trademark to a computer by an image input device, and the image information transmitted to the computer has a file having a predetermined format. 도1은 본 발명의 구성도를 나타낸 것으로 영상입력장치(1)와 전송매체(2),통합관리 소프트웨어가 설치된 본체(3) 그리고 출력장치들(4)로 이루어진 구성도를 나타낸다. 도2a,도2b는 본 발명의 단계별 과정에서의 순서도를 나타낸 것으로 대상물의 화상정보 구체적으로 무늬 화상정보,색깔 화상정보,패턴 화상정보,상표 화상정보를 영상 입력장치를 통하여 읽고(5) 전송매체 를 통하여 컴퓨터에 전송(6) 한다. 이러한 일련의 반복적인 과정을 통하여 화상정보들을 모두 컴퓨터에 읽어들이고 전송된 무늬 화상정보,색깔 화상정보,패턴 화상정보,상표 화상정보를 일정한 형식을 갖춘 파일에 병합 처리(7)하여 기억장치에 저장하는 과정을 보여주고 있다. 원대상물과의 진위 여부 확인이 필요할때에는 저장된 파일 정보 파일을 검색하고(8) 출력장치를 통하여 화상정보 파일을 출력(9)함으로써 원대상물과의 진위여부를 판별할 수 있게 된다. 도3은 본 발명의 통합 관리 소프트웨어에서의 메뉴 구성도를 나타낸것으로 화상정보 병합처리 메뉴(10) 를 통해서, 전송된 대상물의 무늬 화상정보,색깔화상정보,패턴 화상정보,상표 화상정보들을 병합 처리하고,화상정보 파일 저장 메뉴(11)를 통해서, 병합 처리된 화상정보들을 파일로 저장하고,화상정보 화일 검색메뉴(12)를 통해서, 원대상물과의 진위 여부 확인이 필요할때에 저장된 화상정보 파일들을 검색 한다. 검색된 화상정보 파일을 화상정보 파일 출력메뉴(13)를 통해서,출력장치로 보내게 되고 원대상물의 확인이 가능하다. 종료메뉴(14)를 통해서, 진위 여부 확인이 종료된후 출력된 화상정보 화일을 닫는 기능과 통합 관리 소프트웨어를 종료하는 기능을 포함한다.Fig. 1 shows a block diagram of the present invention, which comprises a video input device 1, a transmission medium 2, a main body 3 having integrated management software and output devices 4 installed therein. 2A and 2B illustrate a flow chart in a step-by-step process of the present invention, in which image information of an object is specifically read, pattern image information, color image information, pattern image information, and trademark image information through an image input device (5) a transmission medium.
