본 발명은 각종 필라멘트사, 방적사를 불문하고 가능한 모든 직물, 편물에 팽팽하고 유연하며 색채변화를 도모할 수 있는 기모사의 가공방법 및 그 장치에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a processing method and a device of a brushed yarn which is taut, flexible, and can change color in all possible fabrics and knits, regardless of various filament yarns and spun yarns.
기모사의 가공방법은 종래 각종 필라멘트사, 방적사를 가리지 않고 앞공정으로서의 연사공정이 필요하므로 기모사를 만들 때 제조원가적인 문제가 생긴다. 또, 연사 후 실은 연사공정에서 기모공정까지의 시간이 경과함에 따라 여러 가닥으로 된 실의 다발상태가 고정되어 기모시킬 때 품질에 악영향을 끼쳤다.The conventional method of raising the yarn is a manufacturing cost problem when producing the woolen yarn because the conventional twisting step is required without any of various filament yarns and spun yarns.
