Abstract

The present invention relates to a sludge treatment method of a sewage / wastewater treatment plant in which sludge such as raw sludge and activated sludge generated in a sewage / wastewater treatment plant is dewatered and then supplied to an earthworm breeding ground to be decomposed and stabilized by an earthworm. Sludge is applied to at least one of the processes of concentration, liquid fermentation, and dehydration to adjust the water content to 85% or less and then feed it to the earthworm. According to this method, sludge treatment processes such as raw sludge and activated sludge generated during sewage and wastewater treatment can be drastically reduced, thereby reducing construction and operation costs, and also reducing the landfill cost of sludge by supplying earthworm feed and secondary environment. Pollution can be prevented and the profits generated by the worm breeding can lead to a reduction in the cost of sewage and wastewater treatment.

Description

하·폐수처리장의 슬러지 처리방법 {Treatment method of sludge}Sludge treatment method of sewage and wastewater treatment plant {Treatment method of sludge}

The present invention relates to a sludge treatment method of a sewage and wastewater treatment plant, and more particularly, to a process for treating sludge such as raw sludge and activated sludge generated in a treatment plant such as sewage, manure, wastewater, and sewage.

Various sewage, manure, wastewater, and sewage are discharged directly into the soil or rivers, destroying the ecological environment and generating odors. Therefore, they are discharged by a constant treatment, and some of the sludge generated is landfill treatment. The example is demonstrated with reference to the normal sewage treatment process shown in FIG.

When sewage, sewage, and waste water are collected by pipelines and flowed into sewage treatment plants, sand, floats, and other contaminants are first removed from the sedimentation sites and inlet pumping stations. It is fed to the initial settling tank in a certain amount through the next distribution tank, and stays there for a predetermined time, and precipitation of organic matter occurs. The sludge deposited in this process is collected separately and sent to the sludge concentration tank, and the sewage from which the sludge is removed is transferred to the aeration tank. In the aeration tank, the organic matter is decomposed by stirring while supplying air to the sewage. The sewage from which organic matters are decomposed is transferred to the final sedimentation tank, where the sedimentation of decomposed organic matter proceeds while staying there again. The activated sludge settled in the final settling tank is sent to the sludge concentration tank together with the raw sludge generated in the initial settling tank, and the sewage from which the activated sludge is removed is discharged to a river after being disinfected.

On the other hand, raw sludge and activated sludge, which are sludge generated in the settling tank, are introduced into the sludge concentration tank through the sludge distribution tank. At this time, the introduced sludge is about 98 to 99% of the water content. In the sludge concentration tank, the sludge is concentrated to 94 ~ 97% water content and is sent to the digester. In the digestion tank, the anaerobic decomposition proceeds to 97% water content. Pass through the dehydrator. The dewatered cake from this process is landfilled or incinerated, and the sewage from the sludge treatment is sent back to the pretreatment tank for reprocessing.

However, the sludge treatment process equipment in this sewage and wastewater treatment process is a treatment facility for stabilization and reduction of sludge generated in sewage treatment facilities, which has a large area and facility cost, and there is a cost for landfill after operation and maintenance sludge treatment. Because of this, the economical efficiency was lowered and the soil, groundwater, and the like caused by the landfill of sludge were inevitably brought about.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to simplify the existing sludge treatment process in the sewage and wastewater treatment facilities, thereby significantly reducing the initial facility cost, and by reprocessing the sludge generated during sewage and wastewater treatment and immediately using it for the earthworm breeding. It is to provide a sludge treatment method of sewage and wastewater treatment plant which can reduce the cost of sewage and wastewater sludge treatment by the sale of by-products.

Still another object of the present invention is to provide a sludge treatment method of a sewage and wastewater treatment plant to prevent environmental pollution by completely treating and recycling sludge from the sewage and wastewater treatment plant.

Figure 4 is a block diagram of a third embodiment showing the sludge treatment process of the sewage treatment plant according to the present invention.

The sludge treatment method of the sewage and wastewater treatment plant for achieving the object of the present invention is characterized in that the dewatered sludge generated in the treatment of sewage, sewage, wastewater, manure and the like is supplied to the food of the earthworm and recycled. .

The method of the present invention concentrates and / or dehydrates sludge such as raw sludge and activated sludge generated during sewage and wastewater treatment to adjust the water content to 85% or less, and then immediately feeds to the earthworm, or raw sludge or activated sludge. Dehydration of water to 75 to 90% It is desirable to feed the earthworms by liquid fermentation, which can greatly reduce the existing sludge treatment process equipment. In addition, sludge may be reduced to a certain amount via sludge concentration tanks of existing sewage and wastewater treatment plants, and then dehydrated to make liquid fermentation.

In constructing a facility for realizing such a method of the present invention, in order to remove odor generated from sludge, it is preferable to provide a deodorization facility to a facility until a process of liquid fermentation such as a dehydrator.

Hereinafter, a sludge treatment process of a sewage treatment plant according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Figure 2 is a block diagram of a first embodiment showing the sludge treatment process of the sewage treatment plant according to the present invention. Referring to the drawings, raw sludge and activated sludge, which are sludges generated in the sedimentation tank, are dehydrated at a water content of 98 to 99% (volume 100) by a dehydrator at a constant water content of 85% or less (volume 33) and then used as food for earthworm breeding. Supply. These sludges become food for earthworms and are discharged into fecal soil, and the earthworms, which are also grown as compost, topsoil, and soil improver, can be sold as bait for fishing and feedstock.

However, in this method, since the fermentation is not made by feeding the earthworm immediately after dehydration, the processing efficiency is low as the occurrence of odor and the earthworm is difficult to eat immediately when feeding the earthworm. Therefore, it is preferable to feed the sludge after the liquid fermentation by adjusting the sludge to a water content of 85% or less, preferably 60 to 85% by applying the equipment process shown in FIG.

In other words, raw sludge and activated sludge having a water content of 97 to 99% are dehydrated at 75 to 90%, and then transferred to an aerobic fermentation tank for liquid fermentation to adjust the water content to 65 to 80%. When it is reduced to 2-7% of the total volume, the odor removal and sludge become suitable conditions for the earthworm to eat, and the treatment efficiency is dramatically increased.

Figure 4 shows a third embodiment of the sludge treatment process of the sewage treatment plant according to the present invention. Sludge concentration process when the process of FIG. 4 is applied, the efficiency of dehydrator should be high and the capacity should be large because the moisture content of sludge flowing into the dehydrator during application of the plant process shown in FIGS. Sludge volume can be reduced by 1/3, making dehydration easier.

As described in detail above, the sludge treatment method of the sewage and wastewater treatment plant according to the present invention significantly reduced or omitted the existing sewage and wastewater sludge treatment process, significantly reducing the construction cost and operation maintenance cost of the sewage treatment plant. In addition, it is possible to prevent environmental pollution from landfilling and incineration, to reduce sludge disposal costs, and to raise side profits such as stool and earthworm sales by earthworm breeding. Will be.
