Claims (5)
- Gunn 다이오드의 부성 저항 특성을 이용한 반사형 부성 저항 증폭기를 유전체 선로의 일측에 적용하여, 입력 신호가 입력 단자 유전체 선로를 통하여 입력되어 서큘레이터를 통하여 회전하여 Gunn 다이오드로 들어가고, Gunn 다이오드에서 증폭되어진 반사파가 서큘레이터에서 회전하여 출력 단자 유전체 선로로 나오는 것을 특징으로 하는 비방사 유전체 선로를 이용한 무선중계기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 Gunn 다이오드와 유전체 선로와의 연결은 스트립 공진기로 하여, 스트립 공진기의 금속 부분의 길이가 사용 주파수를 결정하게 하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 비방사 유전체 선로를 이용한 무선중계기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유전체 선로 절단 블록을 이용하여 무선중계기의 공진점 이외에 복수개의 공진점을 설계하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 비방사 유전체 선로를 이용한 무선중계기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유전체 선로에 무손실 밴드를 넣어서 입력 신호의 방향과 출력 신호의 방향을 조절하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 비방사 유전체 선로를 이용한 무선중계기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 Gunn 다이오드의 부성 저항 특성을 이용한 반사형 부성 저항 증폭기를 복수개로 직렬로 연결하여 증폭도를 높인 것을 특징으로 하는 비방사 유전체 선로를 이용한 무선중계기.
