Claims (18)
- 이소택틱 폴리프로필렌 주쇄, 폴리에틸렌 분지쇄, 및 선택적으로 상기 주쇄, 상기 분지쇄 또는 상기 주쇄 및 상기 분지쇄 둘다에 존재하는 하나 이상의 공단량체를 갖는 분지된 올레핀 공중합체를 포함하고, 이 때상기 분지된 올레핀 공중합체의 공단량체 총 함량이 0 내지 20몰%이고, 상기 이소택틱 폴리프로필렌 대 상기 폴리에틸렌의 질량비가 99.9:0.1 내지 50:50의 범위인 폴리올레핀 생성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,분지된 올레핀 공중합체가 결정성 폴리프로필렌 및 결정성 폴리에틸렌의 특성을 나타내는 이중 융점을 갖는 생성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,공단량체가 주쇄 또는 분지쇄에 존재하지 않는 생성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,하나 이상의 공단량체가 주쇄에 존재하는 생성물.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,하나 이상의 공단량체가 에틸렌, C4내지 C20α-올레핀, 같은 자리(geminally) 이치환된 단량체, C5내지 C25사이클릭 올레핀, C5내지 C25스티렌계 올레핀, 및 사이클릭 올레핀 및 스티렌계 올레핀의 저급 탄소수(C3내지 C8)의 알킬 치환된 유사물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 생성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,하나 이상의 공단량체가 분지쇄에 존재하는 생성물.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,하나 이상의 공단량체가 C3내지 C20α-올레핀, 같은 자리 이치환된 단량체, C5내지 C25사이클릭 올레핀, C5내지 C25스티렌계 올레핀, 및 사이클릭 올레핀 및 스티렌계 올레핀의 저급 탄소수(C3내지 C8)의 알킬 치환된 유사물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 생성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,하나 이상의 공단량체가 분지된 올레핀 공중합체의 3 내지 20몰%를 구성하는 생성물.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,하나 이상의 공단량체가 분지된 올레핀 공중합체의 5 내지 17몰%를 구성하는 생성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,이소택틱 폴리프로필렌 대 폴리에틸렌의 질량비가 95:5 내지 50:50인 생성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,a) 40% 이상의 쇄 말단 기의 불포화도를 갖는 공중합체를 형성하기에 충분한 조건하의 중합 반응에서 에틸렌을 선택적으로 하나 이상의 공중합 가능한 단량체와 공중합시키는 단계;b) 이소택틱 폴리프로필렌을 제조할 수 있는 키랄성의 입체적으로 고정된 전이금속 촉매를 사용하여 적합한 폴리프로필렌 중합 조건하에 중합 반응기에서 a)의 생성물을 프로필렌 및 선택적으로 하나 이상의 공중합 가능한 단량체와 공중합시키는 단계; 및c) 분지된 올레핀 공중합체를 회수하는 단계를 포함하는 방법에 의해 제조된 폴리올레핀 생성물.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,에틸렌 및 하나 이상의 공중합 가능한 단량체를 알룸옥산 조촉매로 활성화된 전이금속 올레핀 중합 촉매(이 때, 알루미늄 대 전이금속의 몰비는 220:1 미만이다)와 접촉시키는 용액 공정에 의해 단계 a)를 수행하는 폴리올레핀 생성물.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,단계 b)를 용액, 슬러리 또는 기체 상 중합에 의해 별도의 반응으로 수행하는 폴리올레핀 생성물.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,단계 b)의 키랄성의 입체적으로 고정된 전이금속 촉매 화합물이 알룸옥산 조촉매 또는 비배위성 음이온 전구체에 의해 활성화되는 폴리올레핀 생성물.
- a) 40% 이상의 쇄 말단 기의 불포화도를 갖는 공중합체를 형성하기에 충분한 조건하의 중합 반응에서 에틸렌을 선택적으로 하나 이상의 공중합 가능한 단량체와 공중합시키는 단계;b) 이소택틱 폴리프로필렌을 제조할 수 있는 키랄성의 입체적으로 고정된 전이금속 촉매를 사용하여 적합한 폴리프로필렌 중합 조건하에 중합 반응기에서 a)의 생성물을 프로필렌 및 선택적으로 하나 이상의 공중합 가능한 단량체와 공중합시키는 단계; 및c) 분지된 올레핀 공중합체를 회수하는 단계를 포함하는, 분지된 올레핀 공중합체의 제조 방법.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,에틸렌 및 하나 이상의 공중합 가능한 단량체를 알룸옥산 조촉매로 활성화된 전이금속 올레핀 중합 촉매(이 때, 알루미늄 대 전이금속의 몰비는 220:1 미만이다)와 접촉시키는 용액 공정에 의해 단계 a)를 수행하는 방법.
