- 기존라면에 고추냉이를 첨가함으로서 느끼한 라면의 맛제거와 또는 감소와 매콤한 라면 만듬
- 고추냉이를 라면사리 자체에 넣어 가공하든지 기존 라면 스프봉지에 고추냉이가루를 첨가하든지 기존라면 스프봉지외에 고추냉이가루나 액상 고추냉이 봉지를 따로 만들어 첨가
